Tried to resolve an issue with damage done to my vehicle while valeted at one of their properties. Absolutely no response or follow up after the original confirmation claim email was sent to me.

Tried to resolve an issue with there brand after a horrible stay at there embassy under hazardous conditions. There resolution was $40 in points . UNACCEPTABLE.

My wife a school teacher had an emergency appendicitis removed and can't go to the a education program this up coming week in Kennesaw Ga due to recovering from surgery surgery. They wouldn't refund her due it was to late. So rude! Really ashamed of Hilton Hotel.
