Not reliable at all, I called them for roadside assistance service there was supposed to be a guy coming out. I was giving his number I called him. He sound like he was still in the bed. He sound like he was not interested or had any enthusiasm of being on the way I called the main number back no answer and then I received a text Saying, sorry the guy was skeptical that I had already called roadside assistance GDOT so he didn’t wanna come.. Very unprofessional and disappointing waste of my time.

Great service! He was very responsive and immediately revived my car battery. I also appreciated that he explained exactly what went wrong and how I can avoid the same problem in the future. I highly recommend this service.

Unfortunately I had one of those nights like we all encounter... My tire bust while riding on the highway. Like most of us, I began calling several mobile places, in fact, my husband and I both doubled up and called around..gathering quotes and such because we didn't plan for this expense, and didn't have what most people offered as the charge. Now, this company texted me and didn't answer the phone. That's fine. I texted back everything necessary, yes, whilst talking with others...because this is not just about one company of choice; this decision requires money and time consideration. As I was consulting with them and another company, the other got back with me with results and a price I could handle before this company did. Okay. What's the problem? The screenshot is . I didn't mean any harm in letting them know I found someone else quicker. I even wanted to keep them saved as a resource in the future. This was their professional response. Really? This is what we're doing. Wonderful business you have here. ?

Larry is great! This company doesn't know what they have with him. Larry is truly interested in helping you out. I was not a customer of their service and still Larry gave me great advice. He understood my situation and considered what my best interest was, price-wise, time-wise, and what just made sense. To be honest, from just speaking with Larry, I trust him and recommend his advice -- it was logical and informative. He went out of his way to speak with me, extensively, about my situation, and devoted time to research different options for me. I will save his contact for future use, as he helped me when I was in need. I would definitely recommend his service to others. Thank you Larry.

Please do not use this place. They will give you a Fake ETA and then not answer your calls when you try to check on driver eta. They are not honest and reputable company.

Larry the “Dispatcher” is very disrespectful and distasteful and he really lacks customer service skills! I don’t know how the hell these people are even still in business. You should never talk to a customer reckless who is about to give you their hard earned money. If you’re ok with being talked to crazy then by all means go ahead and go to them. But for me I have standards and expectations when it comes to being serviced. He talked to me very out of pocket like I was someone he knew personally and had a problem with and that wasn’t ok. We sat with our children for 4 hours waiting on someone then he switched to another driver who didn’t have the spare tire or anything like that! The driver was trying to press my husband about a 25$ service fee for driving to him and didn’t complete or do the service. Trying to get paid off us for driving to us no take that up with who you work for not us I would never pay for a service that wasn’t completed. We had to call another towing company and wait an additional hour. Please be aware of what you could deal with while communicating with this.company

**Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs**
I had a flat tire and called this company for a repair. They came out and supposedly fixed it, but when I woke up the next morning, the tire was flat again. Clearly, they missed a hole or did a shoddy job. I called them back, and they assured me someone would be out in an hour to correct their mistake. Two hours went by, and no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times, but suddenly, they stopped answering my calls altogether.
This kind of unprofessional and unreliable service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also wasted my time, money, and left me stranded with no help in sight. I would strongly advise against using this company—they are not dependable and do not stand by their work. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

Answered the phone fast when my car wouldn’t start The guy on dispatch was polite and reassuring, and the arrival time was fast as well.
