I’ve been living here for about 6 months now. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience here. I feel safe and comfortable here. It’s a gated community in a quiet neighborhood that’s less than 18 minutes to all the best areas (Decatur, Ponce, Buford Hwy, Piedmont Park, Little Five Points, Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Midtown, etc).Maintenance requests are all taken care of in less than 24 hours.Super dog friendly, especially for big dogs. Our two Goldens approve this message :)Residents are all very kind, mostly young adults.Pool is open year round and is always clean.Our apartment is super spacious, love our floor plan.The entire complex is well maintained, clean, and surrounded by nature.

One month here and I’ve already experienced two thieveries. Our bike had the lock cut off of it. And now our truck was broken into inside the gated parking lot.

Highland Square's maintenance team is among the best I have ever seen! Ross and Jack really do know what they are doing and are very polite and kind. Work orders are fulfilled extremely timely; a non-emergency work order submitted late at night is always completed the next day, and typically early in the morning. Only very rare cases require multiple visits, but the office will always provide a detailed update on the work status and expected time of completion after each visit. Highland Square is THE BEST apartment complex I've ever lived in, and this fact is most significantly associated with the staff's professionalism, respect and kindness.

My fiancé and I had to urgently relocate for a few months and Highland Square was SO helpful!! Within a week, leasing staff Jenderk and Lydia had us signed and moved into a unit in their complex. The staff was always welcoming and maintenance was incredibly quick. We spent 5 months here and were so lucky to have found this place!

My wife and I had not done apartment living for a long time, so we were apprehensive when the need to rent arose. We were immediately impressed though with the units, the grounds, and especially the staff at Highland Square Apartments. First impressions proved reliable and lasting ones because from beginning to end, our experience was terrific. Resident manager Lydia Castro heads a terrific staff that could not have been more responsive to every detail from the smallest to the biggest issue. From what many say about apartment experiences, we were concerned about attention to maintenance issues, but without fail, the staff was back in touch with us immediately and at our door step within 24 hours on any issue. Without exception, Lydia and her staff conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and friendliness. My wife and I often commented that we wished we could find a place where we could buy that had such a perfect combination of great location, amenities, and staff. We have since bought a home that we love, but we still often reminisce fondly about Lydia and her great staff and the wonderful time we had living at Highland Square Apartments. Our son and his girlfriend are graduating from college and entering the job and housing markets. We are strongly urging them to consider this great place to live.

The management at HS is second to none. They respond to requests immediately, are attentive, incredibly kind, and truly care about the wellbeing and safety of their residents. Lydia's bubbly nature and proactive approach to every responsibility have been highlights of my stay here. Ross is the greatest gem of the community. He is conscientious, engaging, always solves our building requests, and encapsulates the true meaning of southern hospitality and charm better than anyone I've every met in Atlanta. I trust the whole community here with everything, which is why I have stayed for 5 years. Aside from the staff, the amenities are fantastic. Two pelotons in the gym and a all-year-round pool, coupled with a grill and quiet and quaint location in Druid Hills are tough to beat.

I have been living here at Highland Square Apartments for almost 2 years now and I must say out of all the places I have lived here in Atlanta this is far by the best. The management (Tribridge Residentials) is AWESOME and I must say that the office staff are super cool, professional and friendly and everyone is treated very respectfully. The apartment with much needed space for myself and my family filled with cool and clean amenities that satisfy my every need and want. Its a pleasure to reside here and I am saying to everyone whom may be contemplating on living here in the near future to do so. It has definitely been a great living experience.

Great place to live! The apartments are huge and in a great location. Close to Virginia Highlands, the Beltline, Midtown, and Buckhead. Everyone in the office is very accommodating, nice, and helpful. Feels like a very safe community which is rare in Atlanta. The pool is super nice and the fitness center has Pelotons. 10/10 recommend!
