$50 to adjust a hem... When I asked for an estimate on pricing at drop off, he couldn't even give me one, so I didn't know I was going to afford it or not. It costs more than the dress itself, I was disappointed but kept it to myself and he's not to blame. I took three dresses in. One was to adjust the straps, and that alone was $20. Just leaving this here for people who need a more affordable service.

Dropped off a vintage satin gown for a hem and dry clean. $70 later and I received a note saying "couldn't get the stain out sorry!" And in fact they had burned the fabric. I'm sure they're great for your day-to-day stuff, but do not bring nice clothes that you care about here.

I use this cleaners for all of my alterations and anytime I need something cleaned for an event and they have been terrific to deal with and are quick and take great care of me every time. i love the people that run the cleaners as well!

I left clothes there and they threw them away. It was right before the pandemic and they didn't call or anything. Like many people, my life was turned upside down. I wasn't thinking about dry cleaning. Most places call and I think they could have held onto them given the circumstances at the time. There are lots of options and I'd appreciate a place that cares a little more.

I took a suit that was less than 2 years old to get dry cleaned here. Afterwards, I noticed multiple holes in the back of the jacket. I took it back to get Highland Cleaners and they said it was damage from moths and they won’t do anything to fix the issue. It was not moths. I have other suits that I bought with this one that I’ve dry cleaned at other places and they do not have holes. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars, because they refuse to take any responsibility.
