Amazing audio store with gear in stock that you can hear (and hear about) from people that love hifi. Dave was patient and knew all about each system we listened to. They have 5-6 listening rooms each setup with different systems. There are a dozen headphones displayed to listen to. I found out later that HiFi Buys is considered of the best audio stores in the country and it is right here. Definitely worth a visit if you love music and hifi.

I went to hifi buys for the first time and my sales Rep Bryan Graban was very attentive to my needs. He let audition all the rooms without any pressure. I as able to take my time to really do my research, which is fabulous. This place is awesome and you are in need of any high audio equipment see Bryan he will steer you in right directionHifibuys is highly recommend

Recently bit by the high quality audio bug and found this place online. Upon walking in, was greeted by a gentleman that was super helpful, responsive, and knew his stuff. Come to find out I was dealing with the owner the entire time and he acted like any other employee doing their job well. I'll definitely be returning to purchase from here and cannot recommend highly enough!

Meet with Bryan Graban today to discuss building my man cave stero setup. Bryan took over an hour to discuss, explain, demonstrate many features not discussed on days of watching YouTube. Nice not to be pressured to buy that day. Bryan was professional, easy going, and a pleasure to talk too. I left with a clear game plan to achieve my stero man cave goals and costs involved. I plan on building my setup with HiFi Buys, specifically with Bryan. Wish other companies would model customer service as HiFi Buys.

I didn’t buy anything. Not yet. But I had a great first visit. I was greeted by Bryan, and explained my “hifi situation.” I don’t know what I want, but a friend with an impressive stereo told me to go to hifibuys. I was excited to see many products I’ve seen online and read expert reviews of. Was great to not only see stuff up-close, but also have a listen. Bryan was patient, and encouraged me to sit and hear a range of systems. My budget is currently modest, but — like most “hifi guys” — I can only learn and upgrade over time. I will never afford their most esoteric setups, but he still encouraged me to settle in for a couple of very impressive demos — totally worth it! Afterward, we discussed some more-realistic options in my range. I’ve got more research to do before I buy, but my visit to hifibuys was both enlightening and fun! (Oh, and he also recommended a great restaurant!).

Spoke with Chris about some issues I was having with connections on my stereo components. He advised to bring it by the store and we can work it out. What a great group of guys! They had it solved and added a couple details for better listening. Look forward to going back there to check out some other gear.

Stellar experience with Bryan. We auditioned a few speakers I was looking at, and found a great fit that I can’t wait to pick up. He took the time to have a great chat about record cleaning, different amps, to figure out my goals for my system and to find the stuff I needed to get there while working within my budget. He even had some room treatment solutions for me! A great time, I can’t wait to come back and check out the flagship room. Picked up a great Chvrches record as well!

Amazing experience, better customer service. Headphone bar is such a cool concept. They answered every question we had, were incredibly knowledgeable about how the technology works, and very good at explaining it. Will definitely be back

Such an awesome store! I’ve been to a few other audio stores before and felt pressured to buy after trying or like I was overstaying my welcome, so I was a bit worried. I came in a few times this week to try out some headphones and surprisingly, the guys here have been super welcoming and helpful! Never felt pressured to buy anything or felt out of place, and they were totally cool about me bringing in my setup to test out some gear. Great selection and great people!
