No never pick up the phone and never received an email. Every time we go up there a girl is there at the desk and the phone just ringing off the hook . Poor customer service and response.

This apartment took my brand new car the same 24hrs I parked it. I asked why and the none educated “black women” in the office said no tag. I told her it’s brand new and literally just received the title, why didn’t I get a warning life everyone eles with no tag. She couldn’t say and just made up something saying, they put sticker and take cars same day. Thinking in stupid or something. That’s illegal according to Georgia law and i taking legal action against this complex. Let’s not speak on all the shootings and other outrageous stuff that happens there. I hate it. I do not recommend and those other reviews are fake.

My daughters apartment is flooding right now and there is no emergency number or answering service to dispatch someone after hours. My son in law called for help last night and no one came. He called again this morning and no one came. This is the 2nd time the apartment flooded. I hate they moved there

I was supposed to move in 8/31/2023 they sent me the lease saying to get my utilities on and that was. A fraud someone was living in the apartment with my utilities the staff was so ghetto and unprofessional i ask for my refund back they claimed they had no idea who was the company they worked for I have not received my refund yet horrible place to move in

I’ve been living in this community since 2018 and it has gone from bad to worse! Management has changed several times, Maintenance, is bad I’ve experienced having to call code enforcement,! I pest control my own unit because the last time I put in a pest control order they didn’t show for a month! Now I’ve caught the second rat! Which I called and reported but no luck with some one coming out!! This is unsanitary and as a tenant trying to comply! I shouldn’t have to pay rent to live in these conditions! It’s time to go!!!

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I just left (july 1st 2023) I vacated my unit early due to INFESTION, SAFETY ISSUES, POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR MAINTENANCE. The leasing office don’t give care. I notice there were roaches the next day I moved in. My apartment wasn’t even ready the day of my move in they still had people working on my bathroom. There was a shooting not too long ago I came outside the next morning and there was a gun shot hole in rental car (Uber) the Maintenance man close out orders and complete the task. Took them forever to get us a proper shower rod and when he put one up it was made out of wood. The managers in the office is rude, unprofessional. This is the worst experience. I’ll be seeing them in court with my lawyer.

I’ve been staying here 3 years now there are holes in the walls created by people the sent to fix plumbing that was never fixed people come take pictures an never heard from again we have had a roach issue now it’s a rat issue an seems to not be a priority nothing is ever handled in timely manner I’m just ready to move atp I can’t even get into contact wit property management just only the new lady in leasing office

Her Name Is Keri And The Property Manager Was Also In On The Scam ! They Took The Money Order Didn’t Process My Application And Lied Saying They Gave It Back To Me! They Stop Answering The Phone ! They Really Didn’t Deserve 1 Star I Just Didn’t Have A Option !

These apartments are good if you are looking for something cheap with great value indoors. The only problem I have is that they should brief the people staying in the apartments together instead of separately. A lot of miscommunication.

This place is a dump! No professional people work there the office manager is very disrespectful and maintenance can’t fix anything and then lie about it’s done.If the management company knows of these issues and still don’t correct them they are really wrong.From the shootings, no overnight security, no fence around water areas etc.It is a hazardous place to live and code enforcement need to be called on property and even the city of Atlanta but it’s obvious no one cares!

Brittany Thorpe is ratchet property manger cursing in front of Kids , never does anything there has been shootings going on in the complex nothing has been done about it !!! 2 shootings within 5 days of each other ! There is NO security here it is UNSAFE . They need to fire her an start over we need a whole new management nothing gets fixed either

I mean this lady went above and beyond of her job description to help me out the kindness of her heart to find a different location to move because, Hidden village didn't have any ready to move in apartments available. This lady rock's. ???

Keir Seabrooks was extremely helpful. She has a very warm and welcoming spirit which was great. Most people come off as dry and like you are bothering them but she greeted me with a smile. I was having a bad day but felt better after speaking with her.

I moved in my townhouse in December and when I tell you I love it here!! Any issues I have had Brittany and Keir always made sure that it got fixed!!! I love all the communication from the office that I get daily and how quiet it is here I would highly recommend these!!! Thanks!!
