Never renting from here again. I’ve wasted $40 on Ubers because I showed up for reservation and car was not available. So I had to pay for an Uber there and Uber home because I can’t sit and wait hours for something to come in. Never again. Don’t waste your time.

This is a busy location. the team is under pressure at all times. i have watched them deal with difficult customers with poise and patience. after renting from here for 5 months in a row, I'd recommend them.

Absolutely terrible place of business. Unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Not only did they overbooked cars, they had none on lot for days after our reservation started. We called and talked to 3 different employees who all said they'd check something and give " a quick call back" and we waited hours only to have to call them back. One time we called back 10 minutes later and the same dude who told us he'd call us back acted like he knew nothing about us. Ruined a vacation and you're better off going to another hertz location. Team this one down.(Also hertz's customer service line is awful. I mean no offense from this but the Indian customer service reps are terrible, no even from an accent stand point they're just rude. They hang up when they cant solve your issue. And they talk over you and yell.

OK selection of cars, but pretty scammy.1. They didn't actually check the initial fuel of the car I rented, and just marked initial fuel as "100% full", so ended up having to pay for fuel twice upon return.2. They charged for an authorized driver when they shouldn't have - the fee is supposed to be waived for gold status/president's circle members. This was ~$100 total for a 1 week rental.I didn't feel like arguing over ~$150 (especially with how rude the lady printing the contract was) so I let it go, but I'd recommend you double check the numbers on the contract if you go here - or better yet, just get a car literally anywhere else.

I paid ahead of time for my rental, showed up, they didn't have the car and I was given an 800 number to call.Drove 30 minutes to a different place that the agent assured me had my car, nope!Finally went to a third location, 20 minutes before closing, and sat there for nearly an hour before being put in a car that I was up charged $60 for, and had a funky smell.Now I get why they call it Hertz -- because the rental process is so painful!!! ??

Reserved a vehicle on the app as a Gold member. Walked into the location and was given a dirty look by the customer service agent. Without any further conversation was told “we don’t have vehicles call customer service.” Basically my reservation was pointless. Should have been told the day before. Have never encountered such rude people. Stay away from HERTZ and this location.

I love this hertz and the staff. Only thing I don’t like is how the new boy (CAMERON) attempted to try to steal money from me and needs to be fired because apparently this isn’t his first time! Leading up to his manager having to pay for his actions. So please be aware of him trying to steal from any other customers.

This review is for Hertz at the ATL airport. It was a great experience. Car Rental was very easy, just walked out to car. The BEST part was when we returned the car. Hertz had a courtesy car that took us back to our airport hotel. Our driver, Ebony, made the experience very pleasant. Hertz, please keep this service!! It was very cold the day we returned the car, so this made it so we didn't have to wait for shuttles or trains outside!

The folks here are extremely courteous, professional, and respectful. They answer all questions. Ive rented from this location 6 or 7 times now and every experience has been excellent. Cars have always been clean and reliable. Once picked up a Tesla with 41 percent charge and they comped my first charge. They’re a great crew of people and I always look forward to renting from this location.

I had requested an electric suv over a month ago and when I landed and went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any. The service tech was very helpful in finding me an alternative, all be it lesser model, but from what I’ve heard it is a very common occurrence there, that when you schedule cars they won’t take the necessary measures to ensure you will receive the car you ordered. So all in all spent close to 2 hrs to pick up a lesser car, not the best experience I’ve had. Honestly pretty ridiculous when you’re spending close to 500 dollars to rent a car for a week.

Great service, greeted upon entering facility.When I'm here, I can enjoy good customer service, efficient ordering and options. The attendant used the term 'friend' when completing contract which had a comforting element, as I hope to leave this great review up, after reading the many negative comments below. Deshawn, the gentleman with the braces and the one who also works in the front were professional. If there's a mistake, I have experienced they got he extra mile to solve any concern. most people only leave reviews if they have a bad experience, but I had an amazing experience renting through Hertz. I scheduled my rental 4 days in advance and was serviced by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. I didn’t get his name but he was a white male with a beard, great guy, he explained to me everything in detail and made it very smooth for me and didn’t try to force me to buy anything. The whole process took about 20 minutes great place would definitely come here again

Procedures changed about verification of the type of credit cards they accept. My card is the same I've used several times before when renting. New employee, no name tag, I had to ask about their name. It took a lot longer to process, and the car was not cleaned inside/outside & not gased up. Lost an hour from the start of the rental. Spoke to district Mgr Tim he apologized and made an adjustment upon 8 day rental return. I forgot the clerks name (maybe Allyssa or similar name) I checked in with, but she was thorough in reaching the Mgr to resolve my checkout issuesOverall, I will still rent through Hertz?. That was unusual checkout. The car- Nissan Rogue is very good on gas, almost 500 miles full tank,quiet ride,handled well over a few bumps in the road and curves through the Great smokey mountains,and excellerated very quickly ?

Had 0 hopes for this place based on reviews and they proved to be right. Booked a reservation with confirmation and upon arrival they let me know they were completely over sold and no cars available. 0/10 you are disorganized, you select renters based on price gouging, and I am sure you only book those who select additional fees to pay because yall get kickbacks.
