I’m currently a resident at this apartment complex and I’ve been here 6years and for the past 3yrs it’s been horrible every thing is bad here no one over here cares about the residents the management has changed several times you never know who gonna be in management office I’m experiencing possible eviction because of paperwork that wasn’t my fault the property is in a mess but the want our rent money on time don’t recommend this place to live even though the rent is cheap you get what you pay for is all I can say…..very disgusted with this place

Hertiage greens apartments is awful. The management sucks, they're own by Gateway Management straight out of Birmingham Alabama. If you read up on them they will tell you that they're SLUMLORDS, TRASH is everywhere and it smells awful like rotten flesh. They never pay their bills for trash pickup, but yet they keep going up on tenants rent, they put anybody in the rent office to manage these apartments. The last person was a crackhead who rented out apartments to all of her friends without a lease, drugs are now over here because of that, and they're renting out apartments to all of these young thugs and women, when rent office closes at 5pm or 5:30 pm then all of these thugs comes out and start fights and partying and selling dope. I've been here over 15 years and have never seen anything like this since gateway took over this property. No maintenance, if anything needs to be fixed in your apartment it never will because they are too cheap to hire one that will stay, this property is only 101 units but they can never keep a maintenance man. All tenants are complaining about things that needs to be fixed and the rotten stink of the garbage that's filling the air. So if I were you I would keep on bypass these run down apartments. IN 2010 and up these apartments were beautiful the landscape was magnificent, the property was beautiful, the units were kept up and management was outstanding, and that was because LEDIC a great company owned them, and they cared about their tenants and how we lived. The property was GORGEOUS!!! tenants felt safe, they did background checks of the people they rented to, there were no thugs are drug dealers living out here. A police officer stayed on the grounds as well as a security officer. The property was kept up and the access gate stayed close and fixed. And I hate that Ledic sold out to these people. TODAY!!! IT LOOKS LIKE HELL

I am not a resident but I was visiting a friend and caught a flat tire on Wednesday and your maintenance tech "Q" helped me out tremendously. I really appreciated his help and his time.

I've applied and I'm just in the waiting process but there's two ladies in the office which both are really sweet . Ms. Mary was very understanding she gave me some good wise counseling , the other lady I'm not sure what's her name but she's just as nice .

I’ve been staying here for 5 years and it’s was good but one thing I hate is that my neighbors up stairs play music all day and like like it’s a club I’ve told the rent office numerous of times about the problem still haven’t done anything at this point I’m bout to just move

I lived here for seven years after years of being here my apartment was broken into which made it uncomfortable for me residents were always hanging out in the leasing office when that is a place of business...they have changed management since the day I moved in..I did enjoy my place while I was there. Then I start getting irritating by the new management and was ready to move. And the gate haven't worked in years and they didn't plan on getting it fixed But this suppose to be a gated community.

I lived here for 3 years. I only moved because we needed more space. I love the property. Convenient to Walmart near Cleveland Avenue. Very nice management!

Every time I call or go here the people in the office are entirely rude especially when I ask for based on income I have been trying to move in for about 3 years now this customer service is at an all time low
