I just want to say that Jason Stewart is amazing! He is our delivery professional here at RT Dairies Apartments! He always maintains a positive attitude which helps to start our day. The entire team here enjoys his presence and have a great appreciation for his positive attitude, DAILY! You have a great person presenting your company! The only thing bad about him is the fact that he is an Ohio State Fan! Lol

Ordered a furnace on 12/20/22 and the order was lost by the shipper. HD supply customer service said I'd have a replacement the next day. Except they went and charged my CC again for the second furnace before issuing credit for the first one that was lost. CC denied the charge. They canceled the second order and never told me. So I ordered a third furnace, it sat in the shippers warehouse for over a week before it was finally brought to the job site and now I have a big beautiful WATER HEATER still no furnace two months later. When I told them that they delivered a WATER HEATER instead of the FURANCE they said someone would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. I wont be holding my breathe!!!!!

my experience has been nightmarish. I bought a cabinet that supposedly had next day delivery- after a week, I had to cancel because it was holding up a renovation and got a different cabinet. a couple weeks later, the cabinet showed up. I called and got my first cancellation number, with a promise that it would be picked up in 5 days. two weeks later I called AGAIN and gotanother cancellation number and an email SWEARING it would be picked up in 3 days. you know the outcome - now I have had.to dispute the charge on my credit card. DO NOT USE THEM. you will be sorry and I think the knowingly advertise next day delivery knowing full well it will never happen

Great new HQ (2019, I think), awesome parking and great people. The turn light turning you left into the complex takes a long time, however, it's a dedicated light to enter into the LDC so that's great. The security guys are amazing and super helpful as are the rest of the staff

Unless you have a lot of time to waste, there’s a good chance buying from here will be a waste of time. My 3rd trip here and now says no one here at will call come back tomorrow. I came 2:45pm, they’re still open. Other than that items are good, but pointless if you can’t get them.

I placed an order online on 16 Dec for a refrigerator fan motor that showed as "in-stock". On 21 Dec I had no notification it had been shipped. When speaking with a company representative, they did not have the part in stock and had to put me in touch with their vendor. When speaking with their vendor, the part was on back order until 16 January.I would not have known this if I didn't call about it. I ordered one from Canada and it has already shipped.

I'm giving one star because there's no option for zero. I med an order on July 22 claiming the they will deliver in 5 days. I called 3 times to know the status of the order and every time they told me a story about lack of drivers and that I will receive my order on Next Monday. When it did not arrived that Monday I called again to hear the same story about drivers...And again , they told me that I will receive my stuff on the following Monday. I called today on Friday to be sure, and after hearing the story of the lack of drivers AGAIN, They told me that they don't have any idea of when I will receive my Items. They lied to me twice and at the end of the road they have no idea on the shipping. Very irresponsible people. They should not be in bussiness

I wish I could give zero stars! I spoke to someone on Jan 31, 2020 Friday and requested they deliver the new refrigerator on Friday Feb 7, 2020 After waiting for several hours, I called to get a delivery time. After being transferred and put on hold several times for several minutes, they finally located my order. Someone screwed up and scheduled the delivery for Monday Feb 10, 2020. On Monday, Feb 10, 2020, I'm still waiting for my refrigerator and I can't find anyone competent to give me a delivery time! This is completely unacceptable! I've been dealing with frozen food for over a month. I hope I never have to rely on HD Supply or Firstkey Homes for anything ever again. They're both collosal disappointments!
