After having a very disappointing shop experience at a large specialty grill store in Roswell, I located Dwight and the team for the purchase of our new Gozney Pizza Oven. Dwight was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He also arranged for delivery and set-up of our new Pizza Oven and several supplies at our home in Alpharetta. If you are looking for top-notch service with a smile, this is your place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to help you along the way not just in picking out the right tool but how to set up and use it and service in the future.”

“Before the big box stores where you're now pointed in a direction to find something on your own, remember the old days of the corner hardware where you could get service? Where they found things for you? Who would recommend a piece of hardware and if it was a gadget, showed you how it worked? Give you solid advice? Well thank goodness it still exists. It's called Ace Hardware and one of the best I've found is West Paces Ace Hardware. I've been there a number of times and never got less than excellent service and good, solid products at a reasonable price. Today one of their young guys changed three batteries in key fobs for me in just a few minutes that would have taken me a weekend of cussing and dropping parts and I only got charged for the batteries. They also have a handyman service if you need something installed or repaired. Go see them, and the nice young guy who may wait on you is the owner. His name is Mike. You'll like him and his team, his products and his prices. If you have some years on you as I do you'll be reminded of the old days.”
“I started working with this company over a year ago. I chose this company after researching other companies. This company was so nice over the phone and patient with all the questions. Then I ordered a machine and drove to pick it up. It was the best experience I've had with any company. I worked with Nick throughout my experience. So helpful, so kind and patient. They took the time to show me the whole machine, how it works and then helped me load it into my vehicle. The technician was awesome, so knowledgeable about the machine. The machine is absolutely the best machine I've ever had. I am loving the quality. Thank you to the whole staff, you all are the best.
