Very professional, effective and efficient!!!Where to start…. My husband and I went under contract for a new build in January 2020. It was an utter nightmare, we were put through the wringer and in all that time the builder didn’t want to sell because the house had gained quite a bit of equity.When we called Sam, I was at the end of my rope because I honestly thought after putting our life on hold for two years and selling our old property a mere week before that we would not be able to close on our new home. The builder was rather unfeeling, unprofessional and operated unethically at every turn. Then there was the issue of our original lender who wouldn’t give us a loan anymore because my husband had switched jobs ( yes we take the blame on that front) but we have been putting our lives on hold for 2 years and also according to the timeline we were working with we should have closed before my husband started the new job.(Same field, better pay rate).Sam listened to us, asked questions and did his own research to fully understand the situation… He didn’t sell a pipe dream, he explained the process thoroughly and said he would do all possible to help us, then went into full ‘let’s get you, your house’ mode. He got us a pre-approval letter to stem off an unethical termination as well as went to bat for us, as we were way out of our depths with most laws and/or policies governing real estate. He stood up for us and communicated with our builder who was obviously trying to sabotage and bully us.Sam worked with our agent to ensure we got the loan needed to close our house. Gave us invaluable advice that allowed us to celebrate Christmas in our new home. My husband kids and I could not be more grateful!!I sincerely wish more businesses would operate like this! Though Sam was professional and efficient in doing business, he was also very much sincere, his actions and guidance very altruistic. Whatever the future holds, if I need his services again, this is my first stop. It was an absolute pleasure working with Hard Money Loans Georgia.I would encourage anyone looking for a hard money loan to call ‘Hard Money Loans Georgia’, you won’t be disappointed. No hassle, professional, effective and efficient!!!

Sam goes above and beyond what is required by lenders. He is up front and honest, what Sam tells you from the start is what you end up with. Sam and his team are the best! I was in a need to get more liquidity in a short amount of time to facilitate a deal, and Sam provided a great rate, in a quick manner, and the approval process was seamless. These guys were the best and turned our request around really quickly, They were fair and upfront- and just super easy to deal with. They are actually the direct lender and do not broker your deal out. (Personally, I preferred that.) Also, they didn’t charge us any upfront fees either. We needed the money fast. Mr. Sam helped us. We highly recommend them.
