The equipments are terrible. No vending machines. No drinking water to buy. The breakfast is terrible. The juice machine is not working. Everything is either not working or has something missing. Don’t know why it has so many good reviews. And the location is not good. There’s only a very small store around the hotel.

I did the digital check-in and was assigned a room. Upon arrival to room it was obvious that someone had just used the restroom, opened the toilet paper, washed their hands because brown stains were in the sink, and imprint on the toilet seat. Very disgusting!!!Went to check out and the clerk was very understanding and assigned us another room, same floor. To discover that that toilet was running and didn’t flush at all. This delayed us going to a reception.Maintenance came jiggled the toilet and had to leave to get a screw driver (why wouldn’t you come with your tools already?) My next move would have been out the door to another hotel had we not had an event to attend upon arrival.

I stayed at this hotel because my niece was having surgery at a location nearby. We arrived on Wednesday October 25. My niece had company the night before her surgery so I got my own room that night. The front desk receptionist was super sweet and amicable. There were no issues that night. The following morning (Thursday) my niece had surgery and I checked out of my room and moved across the hall with her. Friday morning I woke up with bites all over my body, to include my face! I went down to the front desk and showed the young man there my bites. He immediately moved us to another room, which I was grateful for. My niece had a follow up with her doctor at 11:00 Friday morning. I tried to see the manager before I left, but she was not in yet. I received a call from her 20 minutes later to inform me that maintenance did not find any bed bugs in the room. I don't know what bit me and I never said it was bed bugs. It could have been a number of things I'm not an expert. The point is I was bitten quite a lot by something in that room. I went to show her the bites before we headed hone, and she assured me that she would get back to me. This has never happened to me and I don't know what the protocol is. I have however worked in customer service for over 25 years, and when a customer has a complaint you address it and try to make up for it. I never heard back from anyone. This is not good business. If I could add the pictures of my bites I would, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. (I know I'm showing my age with that one lol).

There were some things I didn't like about my room/stay. A lot of little hairs in the bathroom. Crumbs and a dirty paper towel on and near the ottoman like someone had just eaten here. There was a sign that the water will be off from 9am-4pm for two days in a row. Glad only one day falls on our stay. Still we should have been notified via email and not surprised as we are checking on to the hotel. The pool was closed but not noted on the booking website. Very dirty light switches and lamp bases. The good thing is the lobby has disinfecting wipes so I used those to clean most surfaces. Wish there was one on every floor. They do not clean rooms daily or bring fresh towels. You have to leave your used towels in front of the door and go to the desk to request fresh ones. Wifi is patchy. There is a Publix grocery store nearby as well as a few places to eat. The Publix was nice to grab water and subs for our first day. They will also have travel size items if any are needed. Thought there were stains in the bed but seems to only be thinning spots. The sheets did smell like they could have been freshly changed. If you aren't too picky this is actually a decent place to stay. 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to the mall and Dunwoody train station that takes you straight to the airport. Overall considering the price we paid and proximity to perimeter mall (and a few other places) I would give my stay a 3.5. If the pool was open and the water didn't go out I would've rated a 4.

On the night of October 5, 2023, I discovered bedbugs in the bed and the next day i was covered in bites. This hotel is extremely dirty and outdated. I'm surprised it's a 3 star hotel. Needs to be a 2 star hotel. The breakfast is also disgusting with limited options.

Super friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel needs work. Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms look run-down, like they crammed random furniture in there to add a place for appliances. Furniture was warped. Bed linens and curtains were extremely wrinkled...not important, but just shows they don't care much about things. Bathroom was clean but looked like they did a quick and dirty update. They tried, but the pipes are sticking out awkwardly. Not the freshest smelling either. But the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we felt safe.

This a game to you ppl, y'all intentionally made me have a bad time so I'd have something to write about.The website was unclear about the check in time, so I went over there a little early. I approached the desk and the receptionist told me to wait. She would not indicate when I was supposed to come. Another customer approached the desk and was not told to wait. They said she was already checked in......The manager came out his office and made fun of the look on my face. Still no service. One of the receptionists refused to help me because she didn't like my attitude. Not one job in 30 years could I refuse a customer no matter what their disposition is. The one that did help me, only gave me one hotel key as if it was her business who was in my room. She would never get to o find out.Other than that, the room was the best in the area, no complaints on that. You just better check in at 3:15.

The room was awesome. One employee was rude and seemed un-caring. No customer service or friendliness. The other lady was wonderful and showed compassion and concern that we had to be at Emory at 5:30 the next morning for testing. She even said she would be praying for my situation. Great service from her.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Love the free breakfasts we ate. Have now gone to this hotel 4 times even though there are other hotels closer to the hospital that we have been going to. This will definitely be our place to stay in Atlanta!Rooms: Rooms have always been clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: They always have fresh tea and coffee available near the front desk. Their free breakfast that is provided for us and other guests during our stay was awesome!

I’m surprised that this hotel is so affordable given its location and the quality both of the room and the services offered. Sophia, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, poised and professional. If it were I, I would promote her to a management position in a heartbeat. As with most Hampton Inns the breakfast was the weak point. “Plastic” eggs, biscuits that are more like “lead bricklets” lead the way and horrible orange juice follows. The only thing I can recommend at the breakfast bar is the waffles. Oh well ?. There’s always Paris Baguette, a half mile away.Rooms: Ample space, comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Shopper’s paradise.Food & drinks: Oops ?. Better off going to Paris Baguette, nearby for breakfast.Noteworthy details: Sophia, at the front desk, is delightful, professional, and very helpful.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for a quick business trip. This hotel is conveniently located with a vast selection of restaurants and stores surrounding it. The rooms are cleanand the staff is friendly. Plus, the price was extremely reasonable. If you are are looking for a no-thrills but solid hotel, this is the perfect selection.

Good bang for your buck, I wasn't specting much because of the price, but I was totally wrong. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean property all around, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfastwasgood. I'm definitely staying here again and highly recommend it.Rooms: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Perfect for short or long stays.Nearby activities: There are plenty of good restaurants close by.Safety: Quiet and secure location.Food & drinks: Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I really enjoyed my stay here! From the service I received at the front desk with Sofia to the friendly housekeeping staff that are available to help meet your needs. Prisca who handles the breakfast buffet is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure everything is stocked and fresh. Plus she's super helpful and so nice and never has an issue supplying you with what you ask for. Another perk is the incidental fee which is only $25 instead of the normal hotel rates of $75 or $100. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in town!

Location is good, about 1 mile from a ton of great restaurants but this hotel isn't clean. When we first walked into our room , the smell of dog hit you in the face. We asked to be switched to another room which the staff was happy to do but the second room knocked you down with perfume. I didn't complain about the second room's smell to the staff since we were only staying one night but I was wishing the whole night I could just open a window to get some fresh air. The worst part of it all was we found hair on the sheets under the pillow as soon as we went to get in bed. This ruined the whole stay for me. This hotel is dated and needs a proper cleaning. I used to trust that Hampton Inns would be in good shape and clean but this place was a big disappointment.
