We were forced to use this company at the assisted living. They autocharged $300 to mother's credit card. Even though medication was paid through hospice. I have spent months trying to resolve this only to listen to music on hold. Then auto transferred over to leave a message. Nobody returns my call. This place is such a scam. Try not to use them if possible.

Reaching anyone about the inconsistent billing is almost impossible. Left on hold for 10 minutes only to be forced to leave a voicemail. Shameful.

If I could give this company zero stars I would do so. I have spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to get you to fix our June statement which has over $850 in over charges. You failed to understand that diabetic drugs are now charged at no more than $35.00 per month. When I finally spoke with you, you said that you would correct the mistake and send me a new bill. I just saw a charge for over $975 on my credit card. I am furious. Now I have to get tangled in the web of your awful telephone system waiting for a call back. I am so sorry that my husband's assisted living facility requires me to use your company.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Unfortunately it's the pharmacy of choice for medication management at the long term care facility. In the past 2 months that my mother has used them the medications are never correct. Not a single day. My mother has received double dosing of some medications as well as missed doses of others because of how they were filled by the pharmacy. Billing is horrendous because the pharmacy refills meds before allowed with Medicare. They have also charged insurance for some meds, and at the same time charged my mother for the same medication at 3 times the cost. They are a fraudulent business, and I will be reporting them. I really don't understand how they are still in business. Maybe it's because no one has actually reported them to the state.

This company is horrible at responding to your needs but on top of billing you. I call and leaving messages about my mom whose in memory care but never get a response. I guess they feel good customer service is not necessary because it’s required to use them….

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is refusing to send me my w2 form. I never in my life had such a hard time getting my w2 form. I have to call the IRS to see if they can help. So ridiculous that I even have to go through this.
