Wow...just wow!! Without a doubt, the Greenbriar Animal Hospital provided our family with the absolute BEST level of service and care we have experienced since dear, sweet Teddy came into our lives. Upon rushing our precious pup to this amazing facility, we were welcomed with open arms. Dr. Bryant and her entire team surrounded our seriously ill family member with love and untiring support for a number of gut wrenching days. My heart is overwhelmingly glad today, all thanks to this tremendous group of intensive care providers...our precious baby boy is now SAFE at home once more!! A million thanks to the entire team at the Greenbriar Animal Hospital. You will remain in our hearts forever!!

If you expect professionalism and open communication, DO NOT take your pet here! If you want to be talked to rudely, not be given all the details of your pet's care and blamed for your pet's condition. This is your place!! The vet is rude and lacks bedside manner for pet parents. Don't believe me? Read their responses from the other 1 star reviews!
My dog had surgery and was sent home with no cone, no antibiotics, and no pain meds. When returned for follow-up, they wanted to charge an addtl $75 to sedate him to remove the bandage and stitches. Because I unexpectedly put almost $400 out for his care, I asked for alternate options to avoid sedation. No one communicated with me other options. Just that now he needed to be rebandaged within minutes of saying he needed to be sedated. I asked if he needed to be sedated for that, too? Assuming bandage and stitches were out, I offered to bandage myself if so or to come back to help with him. Again, no one communicated the severity and what to expect, not even that I would have to bring him back again for some 2nd type of stitches that were done. They tried to send him out with his ear bleeding profusely when comforted. I was immediately being yelled at by Dr Bryant and blamed for his condition. Claiming he wasn't bleeding like that when he got off the table. When asked why I hadn't been informed that he'd have to return 2x for stitches to be removed, I was told by the vet, "Why would I need to tell you that?". ?
I was enraged and could not believe this woman was yelling at me. I was being asked to leave because it became a shouting match at this point, all while my dogs ear is dripping blood everywhere. I refused to leave until they helped my dog instead of screaming and arguing with me! I took my dog to another vet 2 days later for follow up care because I was told "we weren't a good fit" and i was also concerned with the care he received and his bandage smelled awful by then! My dogs ear became infected because they hadn't prescribed antibiotics after surgery! They only called me after the Westend Animal Clinic (highly recommended, btw) contacted them for his records 2 days after the incident. I declined and requested his records be sent, Only after the 3rd req did they forward to me.
I have filed a complaint with the Georgia State board as well! Beyond the lack of professionalism, their practices are unorthodox!

Great experience from scheduling a last minute appointment to providing quality care for my fur baby.
They don't make Vets like Dr. Bryant anymore. She has a wealth of knowledge and loves what she does. The staff was kind and accommodating.. thanks for everything. We will be back!

Dr.Linda Bryant provided superb care for all three of my Shelties over the course of 25-30 years. Sadly, all of my Shelties, after living healthy and vigorous lives into their old ages, have gone to Doggie Heaven. Dr. Bryant’s highly competent, professional care contributed to their long lives. I raised them all from 6 to 8 weeks old and with Dr. Linda’s care they all lived into their old age-passing away quietly at home. They R.I.P. in my backyard. I just visited her website (hoping to find a pooch to adopt)and wanted to take this opportunity to share the respect and affection developed during her many years of caring for Mr. Duke, Shoelace and Spunky and me.

My dog was not happy to meet new strangers, and the staff was very patient and cooperative during the drop off, and they made friends before the pickup.

I had my dog's ears cropped and they look beautiful! Dr. Bryant explained everything so well and she made everything so easy for us. She was also very kind as was her staff. They got our pet on a vaccine schedule to keep him healthy as well and I am glad because my breeder told me puppies only needed one set of shots and that is how my previous dog got sick. I'm glad I have moved here and found Dr. Bryant. As long as she is around, she will be the vet for my dogs!
