Saw a video of a women being so rude to a client at the location out in Cobb a black lady with gold bash the client as If she never learned the ethics of being a professional hair stylist I am a cosmetologist/barber and I am disgusted with the level of disrespect the black lady with gold teeth showed her client all while gay bashing and all kind of unprofessional behavior give the whole great clips franchise a bad imagine as a whole I will try my best to get this video out on all social media platforms of the client being disrespected no to mention the guy clearly has a disability and his name is shamar

At Peachtree Station, Chamblee, Abby, was great. She got my needs, took care of my hair, was really nice. And today at least 10 strangers told me the liked my hair! A good haircut really can change your whole outlook. Thanks, a lot! Very happy!

The "Estimated Wait Time" is completely arbitrary. When I checked in online my wait time was 24 minutes which was fine because I was only 12 minutes away. When I arrived it suddenly jumped up to 86 minutes. I like the ladies that work there but the wait time is consistently horrible. The owner needs to do something about that. I saw 3 people walk in, saw the wait time, and walked out.

The Indonesian lady who works there is very rude and does not have the basic sense on how to behave with the customers. Very insulting especially when it comes to tipping. Will never visit this place again in my life. Stay away folks!

This was my first time ever using great clips, I just needed a hair trim. The online sign in is worth using, it decreases your wait time once you arrive at the location. It was quick easy and the customer service was great.
