Bought a new 2023 Mach E 2 weeks ago. Our sales guy Doc was honest, laid back and easy to speak with. If he did not know the answer to my question, he found out quickly. They put a lot of effort into getting me a deal I was happy with. I even came back to get my car detailed by Alex to have my car looking amazing! They really care about your experience here and making sure you're satisfied. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

My experience with Gravity Autos Atlanta was amongst the greatest. Mr. Doc Allan who I personally worked with to complete the sale was professional, polite, ans straightforward. I was able to take the vehicle on a test drive and get all my questions answered. Mr. Igor, I also personally worked with during the process of purchasing my car. He too was professional, polite, and straightforward. Mr. Igor did all my paperwork to complete the sale and send me on my way. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant and I felt comfortable knowing I was getting the best deal within a 500 mile radius.

The entire process was enjoyable. Doc was very helpful, impeccable service. He sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in since we were out of state and the detail he went into was exactly what we needed. The inventory on the lot is pristine. It’s hard to make a choice with those selections. Will buy from this team again

Even prepping for my transaction after hours on a Friday night! Could not have asked for a better interaction. When you spend $180k on a car you would think the mats would come with the car and the screws for license plate. They knew there was a recall on vehicle too and I had to ask to have it serviced before buying

SCAMMERS! Gravity Auto misrepresented selling me a 2022 corvette with 19k miles still under manufacture warranty. 23k miles later the car starting having problems and needs a new transmission, Chevy states the car is not under warranty and I am reliable for the cost. I proceed to call Gravity and discuss to them the situation and they state that’s how I bought the car and they cannot help.”but you sold me a car under manufacture warranty”!” Due to them not doing there due diligence before selling me the car and stating there’s no warranty, they lied and misrepresented car still having warranty and now I am going through a lawsuit .

It’s very important to give good reviews when you receive exceptional service and treated exquisite when purchasing a luxury vehicle.
Doc and Igor made my car buying process very simplistic. We did most of my deal over the phone and when I arrived, my car was detailed and gorgeous. My paperwork signing was expeditiously and I even made it to happy hour.
My vehicle was just as seen in the pictures and in exceptional condition. I encourage you contact these guys if you want an exceptional client experience and an amazing deal without inflated fees like other dealerships.
You can purchase a warranty and other options as well. If you want a luxury car that has been inspected to perfection contact Doc and Igor and be sure to tell him Lay’Cee and her mom Shawana sent you!

I have been searching for the 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited for weeks! I found it via a Facebook ad for a different vehicle. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle in another state, but I decided to inquire.
Gravity Autos Atlanta did not disappoint! Ricky Jones and I spoke by phone, and he was so knowledgeable and most of all very kind! He explained the purchase process thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns making me comfortable about moving forward. He stayed late to make sure all of paper was complete in preparation for my visit the next day. He had an answer about my approval and finance terms in less than an hour! Very impressive!! Upon meeting him the next day it felt like I was visiting an old friend, and he had everything in order all I had to do was test drive and sign!! Ricky was awesome and I will recommend him to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a vehicle!
I gave 4 stars due to the finance manager not being as prepared as his salesperson! He knew I was coming yet he had nothing ready!!!!!! This part of the process felt like I expected from typical dealerships, hurry up and wait! Having to provide proof for the SECOND TIME that my totaled vehicle had been paid off was not a good look especially when I provided all documentation the night before and he could have contacted the finance company to verify this prior to my arrival! I won't discuss the hoops I went through to pay my deposit! Do better Igor you say have been in the business for 9 years or more (not impressed)! If I had transportation to leave, the sale would have been canceled based on that alone! No one wants to travel 3 1/2 hours and get caught in the purgatory of Atlanta rush hour traffic! It took me nearly 5 hours to get home!!!! Do Better!! Ricky was the reason I stayed he was amazing!

Very rude customer service. They tell you that you have no choice but to purchase a paint job even if you don’t want it on the car. They hang up on your face when your are intelligently aware of their scam in buying things you don’t need or want. I would never purchase a vehicle here based on just they way they talk to you because you choose not to be scammed and you choose not to want things that you truly do not need. Trash is the right word for this place.

I have bought a lot of cars in the last few years and this car buying experience was the best!! I started the process on the phone before flying to Atlanta to complete my purchase. Doc was great to work with, and the car buying expirence was both easy and pain free! We will definitely be back for years to come!!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vehicle.
