DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We decided to use Granite for our phones at my work. A granite tech came out and completely broke our phone system and every time they sent out a tech to try and fix our phones that THEY broke, they would charge us hundreds of dollars an hour. They are holding our phone lines hostage, number we have had since the 1970's. Saying we owe them $7,000 dollars and we've had to get a lawyer. This whole company is a scam. USE SPECTRUM!

This company's customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't allow you to speak to anyone that has any knowledge if you have a technical issue.

The worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. I was trying to get a new service installed and the account rep would not communicate with me. Techs scheduled to be onsite multiple times then would not show. I have nothing positive to say about Granite.

Granite really saved my company thousands a month and consolidated all of the vendors for my company. Not only saved my AP team so much hassle but we freed up a lot of budget. The premier reps assigned to your account actually care about your account, with comcast, we were just another drop in the bucket. It has been a year intro our contract and as of right now, I definitely plan on renewing.

If you are a #telecommunications #contractor looking to get subcontractor work from this company... ?. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT DO (ANY WORK ) for these guys. You would think with a trillion dollar bank account that paying subcontractors for their labor would not be a problem. WRONG! We've done countless jobs for GRANITE and they haven't paid a dime for our services. Teams like this give the telecommunications industry a bad rap. Our team have reached out countless times to resolve payment issues and they lie about payment, screen your calls so you can not get direct answers. It's just a nightmare to do business with them. Reporting theses guy to THE BBC and starting a class action suit. If you want to deal with a reputable company that values their subs in these times. Reach out I give you some great ppl to deal with....BUT NOT THESE GUYS.

I managed a homeowners association last year. The HOA switched to a new management company and we advised Granite of the changes and continue to do so monthly through emails. I have been assured each time that is has been updated in their system and we will no longer receive the invoices. We have continued to receive monthly bills even after providing them with the correct information and that we have not managed them since July 2022. We are 10 months into this and even filing a BBB complaint in April, they still continue to send the invoices to me after the new management company confirmed the new information. They even went as far as disconnecting the pool phone and lift station phone because of their incompetency. At this point I wish the new management company would get legal counsel involved and maybe they can get this resolved. If not, I am going to start sending them a bill for my admin time having to deal with the worst company ever to deal with.

Fees and extra charges for everything including installation and disconnection. Absolutely unprofessional - losing records of us wanting to disconnect our service and continuing to charge us for months. We spent thousand+ in less than a year just to keep our business going before we were in a place to drop them.Run remotely from ATL for service here in SoCal. They have a monopoly with the business area that we are in. We were paying hundreds of dollars for early-2000's era DSL speeds (10mbps down / 2 mbps up). I hate that companies like these can fleece small businesses for essential utilities (yes, internet is a utility), while providing the absolute minimum level of service and care. Companies like these should be run down to the ground, if only our government wouldn't allow them to continue operating with impunity. Do everything you can to avoid using their services. Get a 5G hotspot from any of the major telecom providers.

Do not use this phone service provider. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and will not provide reliable service under any circumstance. I suggest any VOIP provider, such as VOIP.ms or even phone.com. They had a billing issue, didn't tell us about it, and cancelled our lines with no notification, leading to a member of our HOA community getting stuck in an elevator during a power outage. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Granite saved my business literally thousands of dollars a year in phone and internet spend during COVID when business was really hurting. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I had a great experience with Granite in the past at my previous employer. They had excellent customer service and were quick to respond. Naturally when Granite called me at my current employer, I highly recommended them and we made the switch to Granite.This experience in 2021 was not the same at all. We were quoted to save around $100 a month if we made the switch. We were paying around $586 with Fusion and Granite promised us $486.When I received the first bill from Granite it was $1097! Double what we were paying with Fusion. I was appalled, it literally made me sick. I contacted the company. They said it was a billing error and it would be corrected within 2 weeks and they would send a new bill. Well it has been over a month now and we were billed again at $1097, along with a late fee.They keep telling me they are working on the issue, but I can’t help but feel as if I’m being put off. It should not take over a month to correct a bill. Granite is dragging their feet and I am so surprised how completely different my experience has been from the first time I used them.I also noticed in others people’s reviews, this same issue seems to be happening. There is a lack of communication between the personnel providing the quote and their billing/finance department. These two departments need to be on the same page before the invoice is ever sent out. It’s bad business practice to do this to so many customers and it’s obviously a common occurrence.Do not use Granite Telecommunications.Update: 12/28/2021Granite was ultimately unable to offer us any savings and actually ended up charging us an average of $200 per month. We are switching back to Fusion.Again, I will NEVER recommend Granite to anyone.

This is deceptive company that will promise you savings and then not deliver. In fact, we went over budget by thousands of dollars due to their misquote. We are pulling all our accounts and switching back to our previous provider.

Would give -100 if possible, my business closed due to covid, as a result I broke my agreement with them by 2 years. They billed me $4700 and threatened me with collections to ruin my credit and keep me qualifying for anything (William Lynden). This at the time when I was losing everything, spouse lost his job and we had no income. Then received another bill where the price increased by 240 for taxes & surcharges. I called my rep and sent him ( Brian Yanovitch) emails, for which he never responded. I contacted the customer service and they were no help, informed me that a manager would reach out, but I never heard back. While a now $4965.71 bill you all sent to collections may not have much of a negative impact on you, it’s enough to break my household. I do not at all recommend this company! I also had multiple issues repeatedly with my services, but was forced to use this company due to their agreement with my landlord. That alone should be illegal, I wanted Comcast! Do yourself a favor and by any and all means stay away. What trips me out is the Rep read me my response to their collections threat, but did not record, what he said to make me respond in a negative way. They are rude and unprofessional! Stay away!

Granite Telecommunications is not a provider I would ever recommend. They charge 10x more than any other provider, and we where forced to use them as our internet because of our bussiness location had a deal with them. Now that we have been able to move locations, they are forcing us to pay a full months rent for april even though we are trying to disconnect on the 6th of april. They are forcing us to pay them 550 for only 10 megabytes of speed and refuse to pro rate. Disgusting. Please, I encourage you to avoid them.
