I have been a customer of Goodyear for more yeas than I care to acknowledge. Last week I took my car in for a oil change and tire service. All seemed well.
Today I had a flat tire on a very busy highway and called AA. When they arrived they could not change the tire because the service Technician who serviced my car last week broke the tool that removes the lock nuts. To make matters worse he place the broken tool back in its bag and placed it back in my car as if nothing had happened. I ended up having to have my car towed to the Goodyear shop to have it removed and replaced.
I even had the AAA service rep talk to the manager of the store to confirm the issue. Well the manager attitude is one of not caring and had taken the attitude he had just walked in and needs to check the tire out. Well the tire is flat not hard to see the issue is the service tech who broke a car part and then placed in back in the car as if nothing happened. I could have been anywhere and at time of the day without the ability to have tire changed at 70 years old.
This is unacceptable and dangerous.
I have filed a complaint with the corporate and they are contacting the district manager but I think this situation is worth
sharing. This use to be the very best service location but new management it no longer hold that title in my opinion.
Very sad and disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would! There are so many things that led to me being pissed off, after I had all the patience in the world.
1. Made an appointment on Sunday, to be there Monday at 8am.
I get there at 8:07 ish, I have to redo my entire information cuz the man said something about it not going through, even though I have the email, with all info attached. He ain't care about that.
2. I explained in detail what issues, & what I needed. Also explained that I could leave my vehicle for inspection & estimate (which, on the website says I have to do, when I made the appointment) I was cool with that. Got my transportation situation in order so I could go to work & not miss a beat.
3. I asked the man in plain English, what time would I hear something back about estimated cost. The man looked me in my face, in my eyes & said, "give me bout an hour".. Mind you, I have to clock in at 9am so I'm there early, it's not even 8:30 yet.
4. I leave, after having the understanding that, at least by 12pm, I should know something.
5. I purposely waited until 4pm to call. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am ish, I clocked into work at 8:57am. No one called me, no one texted me, no one emailed me.. All information available in the system, if someone cared.
6. I call at 4pm, I'm put on hold for 10 mins becuase the guy(some guy) says "you're calling about the __, I say say yes, I get put back on hold becuase he says, the manager will talk you.
OK now, I'm on hold for at least 8-10, he comes back on & ask me" if the manager calls me back in a couple of minutes".. I say cool, hang up the phone, go back to work.
By this time, it's around 4:30 ish. I get off at 5:30, they close at 7. I headed there after work. I'm there before 6.
7. I arrive, to me it looked when I called at 4, they just put my vehicle in the air & started lokkimg at it. By this point I'm already irritated from lack of communication.
They've had my vehicle for entire work shift & I still have no estimate.
8. The manager comes out & tell, becuase when I pull up I'm on the phone & they hear what I'm saying.... Which is it looks like they just put it in the air, when I called, at 4
He comes out & starts to explain that labor alone is looking at $800 or more.
Now mind you, I have an Acima credit for $800 ish, & the 1st thing that comes out his mouth, after 9 hours of dead silence, having my vehicle there at the shop, sitting outside, is labor is going to run me $800..
9. Now I'm full blown irritated, but I'm not causing a scene, nor raising my voice. What I am doing, is asking very direct, specific questions, that only need specific answers.. Some I got, others were a waste of time.
10. It's now 6pm ish... I tell this man again, about a quote, 2 quotes.. I tell him I'm going to walk to t-mobile & come back. I'm back by 6:40, so I can get the quote.
Do you know, when I walked in this man was watching TV, he saw me & said let me call my technician... Walked off in the back, bay area..
I finnaly just had enough, & I left. My entire day was wasted dealing with these people. 10 hours & I leave with absolutely no information. I'm so tired of typing this review because no one will understand how pissed off I am, no matter how much I break it down becuase there's always something being left out & at this point I'm not going back to spell check ?
I strongly do not recommend this location.

Made a service appointment and waited for 4 hours before being told that walk-Ins go before appointments and I would have to come back another day. Never even looked at the car.

Amazing staff, Darren the store manager and his crew saved the day for me at the end of the day!!!!!!!! Strongly recommend. Goodyear should be proud these guys are representing them.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I got there when they first opened and the manager let me know they were short handed (call outs, running late) and it would be a wait, which was cool because I wasn’t in a hurry and brought my laptop with me to work. He kept me updated with when other techs were on the way and when they got there. Overall the wait didn’t end up being that long and the manager kept great communication of what was going on. I got my oil change done with no issues and was on my way. I'd take my car back again

I dropped my car off here several times for basic maintenance including oil changes, new tires, brakes and replaced cv joints. The service was always great, the pricing competitive, and the a staff was kind and helpful.

I dropped my truck off at 9am for a tire change that I was told would only take 1-2 hours. Kept calling to get an update throughout the day and was told it would be done soon. Got tired of waiting and came back at 5pm to find out they still had done nothing yet with no real excuse why. Trust the reviews, this place is garbage. Avoid at all cost if you value your time and money.

My husband made my appointment but when I got there I noticed that he made my appointment at a different Goodyear. Everyone there was welcoming and really helpful and they squeezed me in for a nail in two of my tires. It was an awful rainy day and they even brought my car out right to the door. These guys know what they are doing and would highly recommend this shop. David and Darren are amazing as well as all the mechanics there. Thank you!!
