This place is horribly run. They have posted hours on the door and online. Half the time you go, there is a handwritten sign simply saying closed during posted open hours. People make plans to donate and spend time driving to the location. You waste people’s valuable time!

We came at 1pm when it says they’re open until 6pm and the lady told us they were closed and we couldn’t drop off our donations. She was very rude about it and they were clearly open

My wife went to drop off some items here during their open hours. The guy working there ignored my wife when she came to the drop off area. She called out to him and asked if she could unload the few bags of items to donate. He said yes, for a tip. He wasn't kidding. She laughed thinking he was kidding and he said no, I'm serious.It seems as if this location has lost sight of their mission. Donate to a non profit instead, this place is a bad joke.

I donate to this Goodwill fairly often and the staff always makes donating here super convenient and easy.Shujuan goes above and beyond in making sure donating goes smoothly with excellent customer service.

Always bring our stuff here. They don't try to sell it for outrageous prices and they support hiring people in our community that truly appreciate the job. We also love making costumes for some events we help with or the kids designs and who wants to buy something new to tear up. We went there when the company I help out had a charity event and we needed to make tons of tutus and butterfly wings out a scrap material.

I love this Goodwill drop off location. Roll up, hand over your items, get a receipt and done! The whole process has never taken more than a minute.

Great staff -- always have a laugh with them when dropping off a donation -- very convenient location and expanded hours make donating easy.
