UNSAFE ENVIROMENT!! I don't feel safe going to this goodwill after this call. Keep this in mind when you are wanting to go here, I suggest go else where.. I called the store today 9/19/24 around 10:06am-10:30am. I called about an issue I was having regarding an item I purchased. I was trying to see what solution we could have for both parties. I spoke to a man named Vaughn. He proceeded to get rude with me and accuse me of NOT purchasing the item. I told him sir I am a very honest person, I have the proof. We can also run the cameras back. I started to get agitated as he was not having any compassion at all. Then he hung up on me so I called the store again to ask for his name & ask to speak to someone else. He hung up on me again. I called again & I very kindly said I just want to speak to someone else, I just want to get a solution. He then said "there's no one else i'm the only one here and that solution is done." and hung up AGAIN. At that point, I'm frustrated. I have been nice and understanding, I get it we all have bad days. So I called again, I said I just want to speak to someone else that's all, please basically begging the man. He said if you keep calling the store I will call the police and place harassment charges on you! At that point, I felt threatened, I didn't feel any compassion. I felt very disappointed in how he treated me. I just wanted to speak to someone else who is kind. I would love for someone to reach out to me regarding this matter.

Good selection but no changing rooms, only some mirrors arranged in the aisles (and these mirrors are short)

The guy Vaughn there is constantly harassing me ! I made a report to corporate and spoke to the manager at this location . The manager was very understanding and apologetic but this Vaughn guy keeps at it ! If he doesn’t want to work why even show up ? It’s customer service and I didn nothing to this guy!

The manager there with the jerry curl named Vaughn obviously hates his job . He mopes around all day and he is very combative with the customers. If you hate your job so much why do you continue to show up ? I assume because you aren’t qualified enough to obtain and other job . STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY IF YOU ENTER THAT STORE .

Goodwill needs to either open their dressing rooms or allow people to return items for the money they paid for it. Im sick of being taken advantage of by a corporation who acts like they care about individuals who struggle financially. Not to mention it’s absolute bologna that the dressing rooms are still closed. Pure laziness if you ask me. So sick of it.

This is the best Goodwill I’ve ever been to!!! The staff was so welcoming and everything was super organized. Found a ton of good quality clothing items for around $5-7 each. So happy with my purchases here!

This location by far is the cleanest, most organized Goodwill I have been to in a while. This is my second time visiting this location and I always find good selections. It’s never crowded, doesn’t stink and I don’t feel overwhelmed looking for items.

This location offers very chic clothing it differently says classy clothes they do have a few nice plus size clothing sometimes.
