Typical customer service here but I’m starting to wonder if this place is a money grab.I registered for their monthly plan for my dogter & took her for an exam & checkup. We were told she was in great condition minus her teeth, which I knew. We were given paperwork to back these claims.Not even a couple of days later my dogter was having issues with her RIGHT ear.. I took her back to be checked & now all of a sudden there’s an issue with BOTH ears that seemed to have either been missed, not checked, or ignored.Either way, after just telling me she was fine, they have finessed over $500 from me in “treatment”, but literally just told me she was fine.I’m really confused about this & not really pleased at all. Good customer service but I’m not 100% sold on honesty & transparency here.Not to mention I’ve asked for a prescription for her meds so that I can get them cheaper & I have yet to receive it. They continue to push the issue about purchasing on sight.Update: I recently took my pet for a serious visit. Since she’s been visiting here she’s been on a decline. They had me pay almost $800 for tests & sent her home with no remedies or suggestive actions. My pet has been in pain since she has left & we now have to find somewhere for her to go because Dr. Bailey says she thinks it would be best for Goodvets & for us if we took her elsewhere. Mind you they have me locked in a contract & are now saying take your pet somewhere else. I have been waiting to speak to management & of course, no one has reached out.I have to find somewhere for my dogter to be seen asap as she is not even sleeping at night. Ridiculous. This place is a money grabbing scam.Do NOT sign up for the monthly plan.. they don’t know what they are doing here & don’t care !! Find a vet with better resources & qualified people so you don’t have to pay all these hidden third party fees.

Excellent and clean facility. I find Drs. Bailey and Jackson are not only excellent vets but truly love providing the best of care to my pets. The staff is also patient, kind and professional and exceeds expectation.

Amazing! I came to good vets through my foster organization. Dr. Jackson was AMAZING. The time and care she spent on my cat and going through every little detail of the x-rays was so appreciated. And it wasn’t just her, the entire staff was so incredibly kind. Dr. Jackson even followed up with me a day early to see how my foster cat was doing. I am so grateful to this entire team. Also, her diagnosis was spot on. So so very grateful.

This place is amazing, the staff is sweet and considerate of your needs and your pets needs. The whole team is so easy to work with and patient. The staff is very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. They consider the things most vets don’t.

The staff from the front desk to the examination room are so friendly and thorough. The transparency and attention to details are just a couple of my favorite aspects of this vet. Plus, the hours are great.

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. 10/10 on all aspects of taking care of our baby. The doctors and the entire staff from the front desk to the techs were top tier. Our dog had pancreatitis as well as a bad hot spot on his tail which became necrotic. Unfortunately it required amputation. So grateful that these doctors caught this quick enough as it could have been worse. Our dog has always had anxiety at the vet and always struggled when being taken to the back. At Good Vets, he got right up and happily went to the back each time. They’ve been so accommodating during this exhausting and stressful ordeal. Dr. Jackson Lee and Dr. Bailey took such great care of him and made sure we were comfortable and aware of EVERYTHING they would be doing and literally broke down all medicines, purpose, side affects, etc. Don’t walk, RUN to change your animals care to this veterinary practice.

We recently transitioned to GoodVets and are glad we did. Briana most recently showed off her talents through one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve seen on our fur man baby Milton’s teeth. Dr. Jackson and Dr. McMillan have also been amazing representing the industry and company.

We followed Dr. Bailey from her previous employer. We have to drive 3 times farther but she is worth it. The facility looks new and is very clean. Ability to get my dog in ASAP on the day after a holiday with Dr. Bailey, a vet who knows my dogs and their history.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. I am so happy I have established a new vet relationship for my pet. Ahead of the appointment they were attentive and responsive. The place is clean. The people are friendly. They are on time and it's not a stressful scene of many people and animals waiting and being frustrated. It was calm. My doctors office isn't even as nice! The exam was thorough! They treated my dog so gently and the doctor wasn't trying to rush off to the next pet. The wellness plan is logical and convenient. I'm beyond impressed! The punctuality, professionalism and atmosphere were the best parts for me.

My puppy was well taken care of each visit, and he loves it each time! We love the staff and Dr. McMillan is awesome! He answered all of our questions and shows extreme interest in the wellbeing of Mugsy! The staff is phenomenal, they make you feel like family!

Great service starting with Lilly the Vet Tech. Dr Bailey is so great. Very caring and knowledgeable! Someone you can trust your pet with. Showed care and making sure everything checked out with my dog.
