This was my first experience with a mobile detailing service and I was super impressed with this business! Scheduling an appointment was super easy on the website - I was actually able to get one the same day! They confirmed my time via text message a few hours prior to the appointment and arrived right on time. Exact opposite of the experience I had trying to schedule a mobile detail with another provider. Messiah was very professional and thorough. I was seriously impressed. My car looks brand new. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this business.

Carlos showed up late -equipment issues. I get that. But also broke my rear door. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him since May 1st but he refuses to respond. Hangs up on me. He broke the door it won’t happen and now refuses to communicate. The cleaning was ok. But actual damage over $1000 to a car and now he won’t answer.Weeks on - owner wont answer my calls, refused a refund, literally hung up on me.Use at your own risk. I have a collectible car and now its $$$ to even repair.

Tee did my lady's car and let me just say that had I been there he definitely would not have left until the job was done at least to basic standards. The appt was for 2.5 hours and she had an appointment after that so had to go. She paid for a deep detail... over $200 for a $40 job.... no armor oil, no tire shine, dull dash, stains on the seat and front windshield untouched. They literally vacuumed and hit most windows inside. Wax was supposed to be included. She reached out to John/Jean and all of a sudden he's ghost..... phone calls and texts go unanswered. A problem only encountered after money was collected. I was so mad she paid them! Be ready if you want something more than a basic in/out wash and vacuum. I could have gotten Jimmy down the street at the coin wash to do that job....smh

Not professionally run at all! Poor communication and not willing to make things right that are wrong. Management- you can't sustain not fixing what your crew/employees have done wrong or destroyed! Detailee- BEWARE! You must be new to this or young because wisdom knows that's not sustainable!

My boyfriend and I got the GOAT signature detail and we couldn't be happier! I loved how easy it was to book it online and that they texted if we had the right address prior to the appointment. Mesiah and his co-worker did SUCH a great job on our cars. They were very friendly and took their time with both! Overall a great experience!Services: Steam cleaning

Fantastic customer service! I booked online an hour before I wanted the detail and they were there right on time. Carlos detailed my 4Runner today and she hasn’t looked better since she rolled off the lot. Several paint transfer scuffs buffed out and years of caked up sap and pollen in the trim completely restored. Any concerns I had at the end of the detail were either thoroughly explained or redone promptly without any hesitation by Carlos. If you want things done right and to your satisfaction they are the GOAT.

Used their website to book an early morning appointment at 8:30 the night before. Their employee showed up on time and performed a very nice exterior and interior clean of the car! The GOAT holiday special for a large SUV was a great deal for the base detail/ Hot-Shampoo of Seats, and 2 month wax.Services: Car waxing
