I attempted to speak with the service department and on FOUR consecutive calls the phone rang, an auto attendant said someone one help me shortly. After about 4 minutes the call simply dropped. And about 2 months earlier I tried to make a service appointment online and NO ONE every replied back. VERY POOR customer service.

I usually go there for the regular maintenance of my BMW and it was the best service i have received here in a very long time. Note that it was only for a coolant refill. :)

Service has gone downhill in the last 5 years. The price is not the issue-its customer care. There is not much difference between this BMW and Firestone Tire Center. The care, quality, and concern are just not the same as years past.

I had a scheduled appointment for a new battery. I was told almost 2.5hrs into waiting that they gave the last battery to a client before me (how do you run out) and they were sending someone to go pick one up. After 4 hours of waiting and $700+ for just a battery, I was out the door. Update…next day my car was dead! Unacceptable

My customer service experience in the service as been more than exceptional. This applause goes to Kenneth! This guy definitely add value to service team as well as BMW as a whole. He has always been very attentive to my needs as it relates to vehicle and my concerns. He follow-ups which is one of the most important pieces in my opinion. If you you are looking for a good service advisor with exceptional service and experience at Global Imports as for Kenneth.P.

If you're looking for a BMW dealership, I've got some great things to say. Their customer service is outstanding, and they have a wide selection of BMW models to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making the car-buying experience a breeze. Plus, their service department is excellent at keeping your BMW running smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you're in the market for a BMW. Happy car shopping!

UPDATE: My service advisor Sal contacted me on Friday, October 27. He inquired as to what was going on and I informed him about what happened. He was extremely apologetic and offered to take care of the issue directly. During our conversation, I was honest about my apprehension to coming back to that location, as I felt undervalued as a customer. He was adamant that he would take off whatever was needed for the car. We set an appointment for Monday because I had to get my car towed. Arrived at Global Imports BMW Monday afternoon and the car taken to the back for inspection. I provided additional picture which showed where the car was leaking (see the two additional images). A new service technician worked on the car and was able to fix the problem. Apparently the area where the plugs go into needed a different size plugs to secure it because the oil pan needed a new lining due to thinning over time. I'm not sure why the tech did not notice or say anything while doing the oil change last week. Global Imports BMW assumed the cost for the additional repairs. I informed Sal that I would update my review. For me this is a lesson for everyone, me included. The dealer has a responsibility to us as a customer to ensure that all issues acknowledged are treated and resolved or else be held accountable and risk further damage to their reputation and brand. I am thankful that Global Imports BMW was able to remedy this situation swiftly. I am now giving them 3-stars instead of 1. Checked in the car this morning and no further leaks

I made an appointment to get a key battery, air pressure in my tires and the new software update. I went at 8am and left my car with service advisor Stephen Buckley. I left for maybe 20 min and got a call that “the software update would take a week.” Which made no sense. Stephen then said “it takes MONTHS and should be done by December 2023”. I went to get my car and they couldn’t find my paperwork or my key. I asked to speak the service manager but she was busy which is understandable. I gave Stephen “0” rating and he called me upset asking why. I told him it was because he wasted my time and it was unprofessional. He told me it was the service techniques fault so I explained Mark originally told me 6hrs and you’re telling me 3 months - that’s insane and you didn’t put air in my tires. This is not the quality BMW is known for. I reiterated all of this to the service manager who stood by him.I then went 40 min to Decatur where I bought my car who put air in my tires AND made me an appointment for next this upcoming Saturday for the software update. I was told it will take 30-60min and they would have done it today had I have an appointment .This BMW is closer to me but I would drive further for better service.

Our BMW has been there for 2 months, absolutely NO ONE will call us back or let us know what is happening with our car. It's absolutely ridiculous. All we get is the run around. We have no idea how to actually get our car fixed or for anyone to even return our calls. What is happening?!

You really need to hound them and look at your bill to ensure you are not being overcharged. I asked my service advisor twice to ensure the 10% discount they had was applied and when I arrived it was not, so I had to wait and get that corrected. They also had a part in my bill for ~$140 more than was in the estimate, so had to get that corrected. Finally you need to check to see if any service they are doing qualifies for "BMW Value Service" ... if not they may quote you a higher price. Were it not for me paying attention (because I expect them to do this type of thing from past experience) my bill would have been about $700 higher.

Sales Department. My wife and I just purchased an SUV from Global after we have owned several other BMWs in years past. The Global BMW dealership Sales Dept was very helpful and explained the functions of the SUV in detail as we were testing it out & driving it. The trade-in and sales process was very open and with negotiable options. I appreciate their doing business with us. It was our first automobile purchase from Global. We would do it over again.
