Great professional representative that explained what was going to happen and delivered on the promise. As a first time customer this was very helpful as I didn’t have to ask. My experience from the phone call to book until they drove away with my shredded documents was awesome! I also appreciated knowing my shredded items would be used specifically for hand towels…recycling at its best!
