I am a returning resident , This will be my third year with Glenn Perimeter , my transition to my new unit was a breeze with the help of Chantel and the maintenance team who listened to all my requests and questions. I am pleased with the great customer service from this team.

I have recently moved in, and I am very pleased with this apartment complex and its management. Chauntel was very nice and helpful during the entire move in process. She made sure to explain things thoroughly and make my move in process so smooth!

Roaches! Stay away! Management is terrible and will ignore your complaints then try to evict you! Very thin walls, can hear everything.
Too many speed bumps and car break-ins.

Maurice was instrumental and the entire reason why I was able to have a seamless transition from miami to atlanta. The place is beautiful and the staff take pride in their work. Maurice has been so insightful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout this entire process.

My agent Maurice was amazing. He was knowledgable and sold me on my apartment. Chantel and the manager Charmelle are the icing on the cake at Glenn perimeter. The way the office staff helps one another when a person is not in the office is wonderful. I'm so happy I get to call Glenn Perimeter my next home. I'm now a resident!!!!

Viewed a unit today & although I am viewing other units tomorrow, Miasia sold me. The complex is beautiful & the residence that I met were great as well.

I had a great experience during the apartments with Chantel. She was very charismatic and eager to inform about all scenes regarding the apartments ! Considering other locations, however, this place is on top of my list

Amazing experience from the warm welcoming tour to the application process and overall move-in I had the pleasant opportunity to tour and walk through the process with chauntel , with her help along with being blown away by the luxury apartment complex as advertised by Glenn Perimeter I was able to make the decision to make this my new home ….grateful and looking forward to a delightful living experience….thanks again to Chauntel and overall the great, respectful ,responsive & welcoming leasing office staff ……

Do not believe the five star reviews they are fake. This apartment use to be the best in Sandy Springs and is very quickly becoming the worst because of management. It used to be at almost 5 stars and is now almost under 4 stars. Maurice, Charmelle, and Arianna are the dream team causing the destruction, They will literally yell at you over the phone rather than admit to their mistakes.
Dirty, stinky hallways. Trash left out at all hours of the day and week. Prior management had wall fresheners but new management did not continue that tradition, now it constantly stinks and is embarrassing to have guests over.
Too many speed bumps- instead of making a bigger parking deck their genius decision was to further inconvenience the residents.
They run this place like an HOA- charge fees left and right they only want money to throw parties no one attends.
Bugs- roaches, silverfish, spiders, you name it
Can't wait to be free of this place
