Windshield replacement price was less than my insurance deductible. They were able to do it the same day I called and had it ready around 2 hours after I dropped it off. They also transferred over my parking decal and gave my vehicle a bit of a wash + hand dry.

I noticed that some parts were missing from my door after I picked up my car following a window installation. The company only offered an apology and refused to replace or return the missing parts. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional.

Have fixed my broken windows twice now. Able to get me in on the same day and are always incredibly courteous. Way cheaper than their competitors.

Horrible company to correspond with. Over one year of “working” with them to get a handful of doors in and situated. Always getting pushed to the back burner. Not ONCE have they been able to provide a proper timeline. Joe B. is an absolute embarrassment of a project manager. I’m not sure “who he knows” at the company to keep him around, but it would shock me if it is anything but nepotism that he is still there.

This is the company to turn to if you need any glass services done. The company I work for has relied on their exceptional services for over a decade, and I’ve personally turned to them multiple times for car window replacements. If you live in Atlanta, I’d advise against buying a Honda Elantra—just trust me on that.

I took a glass that was broken here. I wasn’t charged what I was told on the phone firstly. Secondly, they didn’t even do what I asked after having it for longer then they told me. And then when I called the day that I was told it would be ready, the lady was so rude on the phone. She said,” We dont know when it’ll be ready.” Okay maam. The young lady in the front was sweet though.

I am so impressed with this amazing locally owned business. I went in with a small piece of glass for my 91 yo mom. They did it quickly on a Saturday and there was a problem. Problems happen and it’s a weird shape. But, I had to go back and that’s a time drain. Do you know, Larry, the president of the company, came out and said, “we’re going to deliver that to you so you don’t have to drive back down here.” Really?? Problems happen. None of us are perfect! But, we had the greatest conversation and they were so nice. You don’t find customer service like that these days. The next day Mark came to my house with that piece and he, too, was a dear. I want to find more glass projects just to be able to use them again. I would definitely recommend Glass, Inc for all of your glass projects. Their customer service is outstanding!

They had the windshield glass for my random 18 year old car (Subaru WRX Sport Wagon) and installed it same day for $100 less than all the other quotes I got, from other companies with better reviews here. They deserve this!
