Richard is a top-notch guy and very knowledgeable and friendly. Got tons of help with picking out the water tank for rainwater harvesting, as well as suggestions for the accessories to go with it. He was very flexible with my schedule for pickup and even lent me strap-downs for the drive home. Very satisfied!!
