Mostly overpriced GSU merchandise. The staff is usually impatient and uncaring

Very large and have everything you need to show your Georgia State spirit as well as the books you need for classes.

Would you like to stand in line by yourself and be ignored for five minutes? This is the store for you.

Came to return a blanket and was unable to because I didn’t have the bow on it. Literally bought it two days ago, unused. That’s fine, however the lady at the front was very rude about it. She spoke to me very unprofessionally and it was unnecessary. All she had to say was “unfortunately we can’t return that.” Instead she wants to be like “what are we gonna do with that…” I don’t understand why people work in customer service but don’t have common decency. it’s very annoying.

I think very highly of this place. The best way to have a good experience is to be very patient. Yes, the lines are usually quite long, but you have to expect that from such a big school. With several ways to get to the actual bookstore, it’s very accessible. Just stay calm and be patient with the bookstore employees, they are human as well! The only downside I would say about this place is their prices.

Terrible experience every time I've ever had to come here. Prices are often higher than other textbook sellers and service is always frustrating. My "new" $300 book is definitely not new. Staff are typically nice but unhelpful. The manager asked me if class had already started. That's something they should know, but it explains a lot.

STAY AWAY. By far the worst and the most Anti-Veteran, anti minority university I have ever dealt with.It is a shame for this to be part or a “Higher Education institute”.Owners, board, stakeholders should be ashamed that this more accurately called a store and not a university.Disgusting customer service staff, unprofessional, non trained reps who don’t understand how to run a businesses.

It's a campus bookstore. Everything is overpriced. I spent more time returning books I purchased for the semester than browsing for a GSU hoodie. Most things have cheaper alternatives except for the occasionally required textbook that cannot be sourced elsewhere. Check Amazon, Chegg, and Pearson+ for semester rentals.

I wish the hours weren’t so limited. If you’re going to charge insane shipping rates for an access code necessary for a class, why have such inaccessible hours? At the very least there should be extended hours for students to pickup books. What are students who work full time jobs supposed to do? Especially with the insanity of Atlanta traffic.

Very ghetto "bookstore". GSU has went down ever since 2008. Now, they're closed on weekends? Don't shop there!
