Beware! NAPA charges YOU shipping on items that are not in stock. And it isn't flat rate. WTH?! With as much competition that is out there, I should have gone elsewhere. As you can see, I made a pretty large purchase and the store manager showed zero empathy and could care less if I ever came back. Neither did the customer service lady at the corp office (waste of time even calling) The associate working the counter understood my frustrations and agreed that is should be waived/refunded but unfortunately, he isn't the guy who could make it happen. I'll be using O'Reilly/Advanced from here on out...

This might seem trivial but their receipt ink they use fades and disappears after mere months, which you then can’t use for core returns or warranty claims which is a shyster move. Aren’t you tired of companies ripping you off every chance they can? I am. I will not shop here if i can avoid it because of this reason. Also it makes it difficult and may cause loss of deductions with the IRS for some people.

This place is the absolute worst place to orders parts and their Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen! I ordered a part for my refrigerator gave the model number and they sent me a part that doesn't work with the model I listed. They insist this is the correct part. Sent pictures evidence and they still refuse to refund. Do not order anything from this business. I have provided the below picture to verify these parts are not the same. The part they sent is twice the size of the part I needed. They refuse to acknowledge they sent the wrong one.

GPC may be a nice place to work if you are in the corporate building but DO NOT apply for the Customer Care / Call Center department in Norcross. Terrible, toxic managers that treat you more like an inmate than an employee. The "managers" have all been promoted because of their tenure NOT because any of them know how to manage or even talk to people as humans. HR is in the Managers pocket and will not help! Think of HR as the Police and the Managers are the Mob.Again, if you are applying for anything under GPC / Corporate you might be happy. But if you are looking for a support role....STAY AWAY from Customer Care!

If I could give their billing department 0 stars I would. Pray you never have a billing issue as they will NEVER help you, they will treat you like a thief, and then will close your tickets when they believe they have helped you. They would rather you double pay them and then fight to get your money back rather than fix their billing issues prior to getting paid.Jennifer Canterbury is hands down the rudest person at this company. I wish I never had to deal with her. So if you start a ticket and get her, just know you're in for the rudest conversation of your life.

What does the name NAPA mean? It doesn’t mean they stand behind what they sell. If you buy a product from any NAPA you can’t return that product to any NAPA. So if say you’re in Albuquerque, NM on a trip and buy a battery charger but then get home a week later to find out your $120 charger is defective guess what? You have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to Albuquerque to return it. Or at minimum find a “corporate” NAPA. What if you live two hours from a “corporate” NAPA you ask? You are SOL.Do you see why Amazon is winning? Do you see why Rock Auto is so popular? Do you see why Advance Auto and Auto Zone are better? It’s because they stand behind what they sell. If their name is on the receipt they will make it right if something is wrong.Why even have NAPA signs out front of all these “independent” stores? What does it mean??? NOTHING. You buy from XYZ NAPA auto store you better live near XYZ NAPA auto store because that’s the ONLY place you’re returning something. Unless it’s a “corporate” store.Now when I see the blue and yellow sign I’m sailing right on by! Not even wasting my time. Over two decades faithfully shopping NAPAs down the drain!

The Columbia Record published an article that I wrote on July 14, **** called "Celestial Dreams" and that article is now in the ************** Library. I was a staff writer for the largest newspaper company in South Carolina 42 years ago. It was a big deal then. When I walked into a business or restaurant with the press badge around my neck there was respect. Today ** at ************ Park The customer service was excellent and the way my wife of 40 years was assisted with her auto parts request reminded me of the way I was treated then. ** treated my wife with intelligence and respect. He was outstanding in the customer service he provided. I taught at 70 students at ************************** in ************ at the request of my department chairman at *********************** in ****. It was a lovely community then and it still is today 30 years later. There is no **** store in ** so my wife's trip to the **** in College Park gave her the auto part she needed and ** kept his word and had the part that he told her about on Friday August 26, 2022. Thank you ** and thank you ************ Park!

I don't know what to say but NAPA staff really took care for my needs. I even bought a new car battery and accidentally tipped it over causing a leak.... I explained what happened and they replaced it for me no questions asked. I'm sorry that others are having a bad experience.
