I visited Genesis of Atlanta and my sales person Dwayne was amazing!!! Very customer service oriented and took time to explain everything and answer every question I had. I had visited other dealerships and I despise pushing sales reps. Dwayne did not exhibit that behavior at all. I am truly impressed with the reps at this location. The cherry on top is the service center, which screams luxury. Happy to be apart of the Genesis family!

Don't be fooled. If you want to wait a month for service and two months for the "valet" service that they promote, this is the place for you. That's all assuming you can get someone to return your call. After owning multiple Lexus over the years, the level of service offered by Genesis is extremely disappointing. That might be because they have so many service issues the dealerships can't keep up.

I have had several encounters with the Jim Ellis family brand over the past 11 years. It was a no brainer when it came time to purchase. I reached out to inquire about a GV70. My preference was to purchase from a standalone Genesis store for several reasons. I received a call from the Sales Manager, Alex shortly thereafter. Alex was very professional and helpful. He asked probing questions about my needs and wants and he took it from there. I scheduled some time to come into the dealership because I needed to get an appraisal on my car before I moved forward. When I arrived, Alex had an amazing salesperson ready to assist me. Before I get into that... the dealership is BREATHTAKING! It is beautifully designed and offers an ambience that draws you into a full experience. I am sucker for well crafted interior design and the lobby did not disappoint. The decor is flawless and there is even a meditation room. YES... A MEDITATION ROOM! Anyway, back to the process... Macloskie (salesperson) was knowledgeable about the vehicle, walking me through the features and asking me what I was looking for in my next vehicle so that he could offer recommendations. He was very professional. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to purchase. However, he did sell me on the vehicle with his vast knowledge of the product and his apparent love for the brand. Sam (in Finance) took the time out to explain the differences in products and what may or may not be best for me. Again... another person filled with knowledge and who helped to foster a pleasant and comfortable experience. Charlie, the Customer Experience Manager stopped by to ask how everything was going and made me feel further at ease. Her bubbly spirit and demeanor are definitely assets that soften the entire car-buying experience. The car that I wanted was not in stock. However, Scott (VP) assured me that he would search for the vehicle that I wanted. I definitely appreciated his willingness to assist. From what I witnessed and experienced while there, I can see why the Jim Ellis brand is so highly regarded in the industry. Also, an additional thanks to Wes for helping me along the way. Stop by to see them all! Don't forget to ask for Macloskie!Signed,Proud owner of a 2024 GV70

Be wary of this dealership they are not well organized and management seems to be unconcerned with customer experience. We bought a used car that they verbalized would have what appeared to be a cosmetic issue taken care of before sale. When we returned to purchase their idea of repair was to remove the part versus repairing it. When we asked to have the part to take with us we were told it was destroyed. Long story short the part removed covered up what was a larger issue of water damage that impacted our electronics ie gas pedal only 3 months after ownership. Our teenager was put in harms way by losing power while driving by their failure to disclose the issue and what seems to be a cover up of a significant safety hazard. We have called several times and keep getting sent to voicemail no manager has reached back to us and no attempts have been made to rectify the situation: we will not ever purchase from them again and can not recommend any Jim Ellis business as they do not seem to stand behind their products.

Very easy to do business with and they are super transparent. I would refer them to anyone interested in a high quality and modern purchase experience.

My first Genesis purchase was a breeeze. And I'm absolutely in love with the SUV! Test drove it the first day; keys in hand the next day. I recommend working with LOU HAMMERSMITH -- he was an absolute pleasure! No pressure just great at what he does! I'll be back with the baby! Haha. Loving my new mommy whip ! Thank you, Genesis of Atlanta !

New Standalone Genesis 5785 PEACHTREE First of all, I want to say this review is long overdue. However, I wanted to ensure to be able to give this a truthful and complete review. I have read the old and the new reviews. I can understand why a lot of the older reviews have low ratings as Genesis was still in Hyundai showrooms. Indeed for a luxury car of such it needed its own. So please inform yourself and read the article here attached as Genesis now will have its standalone showrooms and as a proud happy customer, I can say they are exceptional. autotrends.org/genesis-s…So with this being said I am very happy we waited to buy our GV80 as it is everything we were looking for and needed. Here is our Journey to Genesis. We found a car we liked online, and it stated Genesis of Atlanta and I said no way that doesn't exist. However, we put in the address and began our Journey. We get in the area and a ton of Construction but yes it was there on the other side of all the Construction. Stunning building, to say the least, I was shocked. Upon our arrival, we get out and began to look around and Mr. Mike Gabrani as we walked in was very approachable and warm. He greeted us, asked us to have a seat, offered us water, and asked how he could help us. He was very gentle and kind to work with. No pressure. We explained to him what we saw and would like to look at and he check the inventory yes the car was still there, but about 5 to 6 cars were parked in front of it. Let me say we debated for a while with research trying to decide if we wanted the 2022 Genesis GV80 or the 2023, but the 2022 won in the end and we are soooo happy it did. Our whole experience was wonderful, and I must say we got to the Lot closer to 1hr or so before the dealership closed but wasn't thinking we were going to buy that day, but after test driving, hands-on, and the beauty and preciseness that was put into this car, we could not leave without. Everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant and super helpful. We also met Sam who is so mild and low tone, but very engaging. Mr. Gabrani worked up the out-the-door price and brought it to us we reviewed and agreed and we already had a check so the sale continued. There was never pressure to run our credit regarding a lower interest rate. We signed the initial form showing our out-the-door price and completed forms on the computer with Sam and Mike standing with us sitting in the open area as they were continuing to explain things to us and answer questions. Then Alexander Lazo (Alex) the finance manager introduced himself who you see at the very least to complete all your paperwork and tell you about the extra things for your car's future. He offered us some great things, however, we plan to upgrade later with Genesis so those extra things were not necessary at this time. However he appears to have salesman tactics and vibes and he was a fast talker, I didn't feel the genuineness as we did with the others we came into contact with. However, I still was feeling great about the dealership, so upon completion, we did not add anything extra just what was on the original paperwork received from Mr. Gabrani. However, a couple of days after reviewing the paperwork, we see an amount on our paperwork that we didn't recall seeing before. After my husband and discussed and played back in our minds before we were about to leave he was asked to sign a document that was told him that was not been signed, so long day so he signed, However, that form was added almost $800 to our initially agreed amount. As Alex stated to us that he was going to go ahead and give us free oil changes included however online I saw where it stated the Warranty of the Genesis and that most things were transferable. It was confirmed before we got in there with him what we were supposed to get. So I didn't understand when he said free oil changes. Well after reviewing the paperwork he didn't give us anything it was added to our paperwork we never received a copy either printed or emailed so we call Mr. Gabrani an

Just want to take a minute to say thanks to the the entire Genesis of Atlanta team. My wife and I got to the dealership late on a Saturday however these people stayed late into the night to get this deal done. In my lifetime I have purchased over 30 vehicles and have experienced bad dealerships. this is one of the best group of people I have ever worked with. They should have been frustrated with us but it did not show. My wife is a minister and I am a Army veteran of over 12 years and it was good to work with this team. We would like to thank these people in the order these we met: Rotmin (sales professional), David Palmer, Lori Ball (finance)...All were professional and made this a great day. Just a closing remark about David Palmer. A special thanks to you for your professionalism and patience. In closing, we absolutely love this 2023 GV80 2.5T. God Bless!!

We live in Augusta and the dealerships here charge a convenience fee for a lot of unnecessary and unwanted items added to vehicles and they aren't able to adjust the prices off nor are they willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicles because "they don't have to". My husband called multiple Genesis dealerships in the southeast and we were not able to find a GV70 on the lot that wasn't already reserved. Thankfully, a couple backed out of their reservation of a beautiful 2023 GV70 and Genesis of Atlanta held it for us to look it.Once at the dealership, Steven took great care of us and the process of purchasing with them was very smooth. They don't have any hidden fees or unnecessary aftermarket markups on their vehicles. I am so glad we didn't give up on the hunt for my new car and that Steven and everyone else at Jim Ellis of Genesis of Atlanta was so nice and friendly. We will recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Genesis in our area to go to Atlanta. Before heading back to Augusta, Steven showed me all the new fancy features on my SUV and programmed everything for me, even setting everything up on the Genesis App for me as well.

Called 3 time about a used Genesis G90. First time was told I would receive a call back about availability but nothing for 2 days. Second time was told vehicle was sold but the salesperson sounded really unsure of themselves. Third time was told vehicle still available and they would need pictures of my trade in and that they would be sent over to "GENESIS SPECIALIST" for further assistance only to have no followup. Never had to work so hard to spend money but I guess these people don't like making money. Disappointed and and utter waste of time but not surprised looking at the other reviews here.

Shouldn't it be QUICK, EASY, CONVENIENT....why yes it SHOULD be!!! And you SHOULD actually LIVE and execute on your brand/slogan....otherwise it's meaningless!I have literally been trying to purchase a $70k car for you for 2 weeks! This has been the worst example of inconvenience that I've ever encountered! Nitin and Jeff have been my contacts and it's been complete lack of communication!Like I seriously just want to purchase a new vehicle! I thought that would be a simple concept.....CLEARLY NOT!Jim Ellis and family....this can't be how you want new/potentially new customers treated...Again, I just want to buy a car!
