I was told I HAD to get a GameStop membership in order to buy a used Steamdeck, even though it had 2 prices on it. A members price and a non members price. The cashier insisted I couldn’t buy it without a membership. Then why does it have a non members price on it?

I own a business in this mall bought something for my kids and was given a refund but was never processed. Never asked for $25 membership but was charged. I have been to the store 3 times and manager is not available was asked to contact 800 number but they said they couldn't help.

Terrible experience. The only employee in the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for directions to another Gamestop location (or any other store) where I could purchase an ethernet cord, the employee simply replied "Google Maps" with a dismissive attitude. I found this to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional.Not only was the employee unhelpful, but they also seemed more interested in oversharing their personal interests in anime memes through Tik Toks and Instagram reels with other customers. It was clear that these customers wanted to be left alone and were not interested in this employee's personal interests.Overall, my experience at this Gamestop location was extremely disappointing. The lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior of the employee made it clear that they do not value their customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning myself.

Never in my life have I had to repeat myself over and over. l think these employees come to work under the influence of something. Want good service, go to the Chamblee store. Sadly, the Tucker store is now a shadow of its former self. Amazing staff at Tucker several years ago is no more. Go to Chamblee.

Great customer service from the associate I interacted with yesterday, knowledgeable friendly, and had charisma... Natural born retail associate... truthfully he should quickly be promoted and kept happy and satisfied before he finds another company that will do so!! He made GameStop at Lennox Mall look outstanding yesterday
