I would never shop here again. They don't price match or take returns. Its like shopping in a flee market with high dollar items. The managers just stand around while the black workers do the work. I will go just try the clothes on to see how they fit and then go buy them online where everything is always at least 20% off!!!

Great jeans! I love how rugged they are and the fit is on point and comfortable (not too snug, not too loose)… they can be pricey for the basics but the sales online are decent. Customer service was excellent I just wish they stayed stock with sizes and styles instead of trying to be like a boutique.

great jeans but they aren’t worth 200. i would say 60 to 80 would be better. they’re still able to sell because they’re one of the few stores with cool looking jeans. this is why i paid the 200.

Exceptional retail service at the Lenox mall location. Was able to try on everything before deciding to make purchases. G-Star brand provides clothes with materials that last for year. Only thing that could be better is if they had a bigger store and more selection but overall great experience

I would not recommend to shop at this store. Theres a no return policy “due to COVID” although customers are free touch, and try on clothing in the store.

No return policy. Due to COVID. Only way to know if is when you get the receipt after the purchase.

Just get your G-Star at g-star.com or Macys store/website.I purchased a jacket and was told that there was an "All sales final" policy in effect because of COVID-19, DESPITE the fact that you could try on any number of clothes in the store and there was NO social distancing protocol in effect.I spoke to the manager face to face about why I felt like they were taking advantage of the customers with the all sales final policy when they CLEARLY weren't following any COVID-19 protocols, and he explained that he wanted to keep his staff safe and he would feel terrible if any of his staff got COVID-19 from "infected clothing"... Now, I understand where he's coming from, and I too would feel terrible if an employee of mine was infected with a disease while doing business under my watch, but the only problem is HOW could he prove an employee was infected from a return/exchange? There's no possible way. And there's no way for you to prove that the employee wasn't. On top of that, like I mentioned before, there were NO social distancing protocols in effect and the owner's response to me questioning that was "Man, you know what would happen if I only let a few people in at a time?! They would kill me! People want to shop." So what happened to caring about your employees?Basically the "All sales final" policy is there to protect his own pocket and bottom line so he doesn't have to worry about the logistics and possible hit that comes from a return/exchange.I no longer wish to do business with a shop whose owner enacts policies that put the customer at a disadvantage for his own convenience.Just get your G-Star at Macys or G-Star.com and avoid the bad business practices.

The covid policy on no returns or exchanges is really ridiculous when you’re paying 200+ for jeans. If you’re going to be doing that let your customers know before they purchase & don’t rush them out of the store without letting them try on. This is ridiculous. Now I’m stuck with a pair of $200 jeans that doesn’t fit.

I've been 3 times in the last 2 months, staff is usually cool. Alexis helped me out and was knowledgeable about the jeans. I love the product too

Don't shop here. Terrible customer service & return policy. No one knows the answers to their own company policies. Won't be spending another dime here

Visited last week and had to worst experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor, they did not have many sizes, the jeans were really cheap, the tops were low quality and over priced and the staff acted like they did not want to be there. From the outside, everything looked adorable! But, upon closer inspection, it was all trash. I would not risk entering the store; 2020 is full of enough disappointment.
