This store is stunning. My review is a bit different from the normal customer experience, but I thought it was great that they hosted Amanda Wilbanks of Southern Baked Pie for a demo and pie tasting. It was the perfect venue. I had a chance to also peruse the furniture when I’m not sure I would have otherwise. The furniture is beautiful and has me wishing I had my own place to furnish! Some of the bites from the event were plated on Frontgate’s plateware. The tiered stand is a must for those who love hosting since it can be warmed or chilled to keep the food that’s plate hot/cold.

They had so many great finds when I visited Atlanta. The floor samples were priced well. I wish the outdoor table I was interested in wasn’t sold.

I had the lucky chance to be in the area and check this store out. Frontgate was on my mind due to seeing their name on (I think) the NYTime's page on the best quality towels you can buy. Being that this is their flagship store, it is worth a look.I know I will regret not buying a few items here, I'm hoping I can find all of the same things online. This location is well laid out, the lighting is great, and the staff are extremely friendly.I inquired about the dealt they had on towels and if you could order them in bulk. The price for the towels seems a little high, but they have a 15% off deal until later this month that makes it more reasonable. Stephanie was extremely helpful in answering my questions. She also mentioned I could call if I wanted to or had any additional questions.Lovely store, great staff.

Ferry unhappy with the experience. I'd have to say Andy and Sheena are great people. However they customer service from front gate that actually run the show is horrible. I have been waiting for months in a bedroom furniture. Thought okay, times are different with Covid and wanted to be as understanding as possible. But they straight up don't care about costumers. They treat me like crap after I've purchased a bedroom furniture that costed me close to 10 thousand dollars. I'm not being picky, they keep changing dates. Cancel and reorder things and always gives me new dates. Things that shipped came damaged. Even drivers stated that this is what happens all the time and that their sister company ballor designs is something like that is packing things much better.

I submitted the following review regarding FrontGate but was not accepted so I'm putting it here so at lease the public can decide for themselves. I have bought several Teak products from FrontGate. The first one was the Teak Garden Storage. I had to send it back because the door would not open. It took a long time to have it replaced. The replacement came with the same problem. Luckily the last mile delivery men were able to open it and I kept it. I'm very happy with the product. I liked it so much I ordered. second one, with instructions on how to pack it! This one was fine. I brought the Westport Two Door Kitchen Cabinet and the Marble top arrived broken. I sent that back and I won't have a replacement marble top until November. The Westport Console arrived without any problems. The products them selves are great--I belive the problem lies in the packing.

Ridiculous 4 star rating?? I wouldn't give them 1 star. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Calls, emails, letters to Corporate and ZERO response. $399 for pool lounge chairs that crack and fade. Expensive products and not one response to product defects after just one year! Yes ZERO response!
