I started doing private training with Jayla late last year with my dog, Elvis. Elvis is a rescue and had some major reactivity issues. He would lunge and bark at new people, bark and lunge at other dogs. In a few months after meeting a few times with Jayla, Elvis is now laying down when he meets a new person and we are working on getting him used to other dogs... hopefully we'll be able to get him in a training class soon. I've really appreciated the guidance and patience Jayla showed with us. It has been a game changer.

First session was amazing! Dog went from attempting to bite before entering the crate to sitting and staying in the crate by the end of the session!

Frogs to Dogs has been instrumental in our dog's growth. With their support and training, she has progressed in Day Camps and her Group Training classes significantly. The positive changes in her behavior are hard to miss. We would not trust anyone else to watch and teach her during the day. The report cards and Group Training classes have been key for us to implement their trainings at home. She loves coming here - I have never seen her look back once when we drop her off - and I know their staff takes wonderful care of her and love her as if she were their own. I consistently recommend Frogs to Dogs to anyone dealing with reactivity and training struggles. Thank you, FTD!

We did private sessions with Jayla and she was amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable and took time to listen to our concerns. She taught us how to identify certain body behaviors in our dog, which was incredibly helpful, so we could practice training and learn to spot triggers before they happened. We are also planning to do the group classes next!

Already had several sessions with Jayla and every time we come out of it having learned so much! She is extremely knowledgeable about our Ziggy’s body language and is teaching us how to read it and be informed on it. She is also catering our sessions based on our needs with Ziggy. After every session, I feel more confident in handling my pup! Look forward to working with Jayla and the frogs to dogs folks throughout zig’s life!

Frogs to Dogs is such a great dog training facility - the staff is patient and accommodating. Caren is an excellent trainer and has been such a blessing for my dog. I highly recommend this business if your dog is having any sort of behavioral issues.

I can't say enough about how terrific their program and especially our trainer Jennifer has been! I was nervous about training and trusting a stranger with our 1-year old puppy. Jenifer proved immediately she is skilled as a trainer to care for our family friend.

Best trainers that were not afraid to take in my dog who developed aggression out of fear and completely changed her behavior, leaving her more relaxed and able to walk outside without fear. She no longer shows aggression to other dogs on our walks! Never thought the day would come! We are now working on skateboards and scooters! Thanks frogs to dogs for your hard and loving work! Indy loves you!

F2D has been a lifesaver for us. We adopted a rescue lab/Pitt mix, and immediately took him to F2D. Their team has worked with us to help us be better dog parents and to give our pup the best chance at a normal life. We love Caren, Bonita and the whole team!We have used the staff boarding services, the 2 week intensive training (with Caren), boarding at the staff member home, day camp, and group classes. We have had great success and highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough! They take incredible care of my dog. They are responsible, caring dog trainers. I notice the growth in my dog every time I take him to day camp. They keep him and the other dogs safe, teach him manners, and send videos so I can practice with him at home. I can leave my dog with them and have peace of mind he is having fun, learning, and well taken care of.

Caren is our trainer and she is wonderful!!!!!Great suggestions for our pup that needed socialization work with other dogs. She has a Sat morning group class that is so helpful. And she gave us recommendation on leash that made it easier to walk him too!

We love coming to training at Frogs to Dogs! We have been training here for 4 months now and I've seen my dog Penny, improve leaps and bounds! Bonita is our favorite trainer and we make it a point to attend her classes. Bonita is tough, and makes sure she's training the humans just as much as the dogs. Teaching us life skills! Bonita gives the dogs all her love and attention but is still very strong with them in their training. Penny (our dog) loves Bonita - and gets excited every time she hears Bonitas voice. It's been impressive to watch Penny learn and grow while training at Frogs to Dogs! We love it here. Thanks Bonita and Frogs to Dogs!

Updated: Giving back some stars here because, as mentioned below, they do have great customer service and have provided tons of new videos and advice for my pup. My trainer has also offered to enroll my pup in a portion of board/train added recently. I'm hopeful it will help me and my imp with our training issues. And I also think this new element could make the board/train a better value for new students.......It's hard to choose between 2 or 3 stars, because I hate giving bad reviews in general.Positive aspects:. The people are nice. The group class instructor I've interacted with has been super friendly and patient with my questions. There are little videos of day training to show pups playing and/or training excerpts.Negatives:. Value, honestly. The group classes are a steal, but they really only work for my schedule on Saturdays. They're not terribly progressive, and my dog doesn't struggle with the basic commands. She struggles with her attitude, endless energy, intelligence, and basically thinking she's boss of the world.I think this unlimited drop-in style would be great for doggos without complex issues who just need basics and refreshers, or even better walking skills. Alone, they could be great value. But I only have unlimited classes due to doing the Board and Train program, an expensive two week endeavor that didn't work well for us because our home enviironment (with another velcro dog present) meant that some suggestions just translated poorly. I knew these types of programs sometimes don't translate well due to there being a different home enviironment. Sadly, that was my experience.I just didn't realize how impactful the second dog dynamic would be in regard to training the puppy relax/place. This isn't the fault of the trainer, but I wish I'd realized how unrealistic the technique would be for our home.My pup ended up with a fantastic loose leash walk, I'll admit it. But the other issue I'd asked to focus on (jumping on everything, including counters and people) wasn't exhibited with the trainer and therefore wasn't addressed at all. This part was really disappointing, because it's a consistent issue at home and makes it impossible to interact with people who might not enjoy a lightning -speed puppy nose to the eyeball. My transition meeting was unfortunately outside, in the rain. I did learn how to make her go to place and how to lead walks. It was not ideal but was useful. The program should also include the ability to get help into the future, but my texts no longer get responses.I was really relieved to get my pup into a board and train program. Frogs to Dogs was responsive and accommodating after we had tried another business (a good place but my pup couldn't adapt to their kennels). So customer service is great. But at least one of the primary issues was not addressed, and we simply didn't see any noticeable change in behavior in the home.I have a working breed, high energy puppy. It's a lot of work. The good days are becoming more frequent, but only because she's getting older. I'm sad to say, t's not due to this training experience.
