I was in in March of 2023I found the staff person to be extremely rude and abrupt!Their hours are very unusual, and the parking situation is not the best.As far as the work it took longer than expected, and the mat was stained/dirty, and there is dust caught underneath the glass. I also found the price for their quality of work to be expensive. I would’ve taken it back but given the rude experience. I though better than to expose myself to their type of customer service again.I would look elsewhere!Check out the photos

These artists are so far above anyone else in town it’s not even close. I take everything here and they frame them all beautifully. Plus, you get to chuckle at what the Gorilla is wearing that day.

Shawn and Doug are amazing! I stopped by to see if they could carefully remove the backing from a 19th century photograph so I could verify authenticity. They not only did that but also fixed the original tears along with placing an acid-free backing, cleaning the glass and rewiring it. I offered to pay but they were adamant. You've won over a new client. Thank you guys!

This is a fantastic small business that we should all support! They did an amazing job on a bunch of frames for me, helping me brainstorm a creative approach to a few special pieces, and doing an equally terrific job on more standard frames. They're also warm, personable, and kind. Very glad to have found them.

I've been looking for about a year to find a frame shop right for a larger piece I needed taken care of. After looking at 5 or 6 shops in Philadelphia and Atlanta I went by Framing By Design of Atlanta and could not be more pleased with the results. They have a massively extensive collection of frames and a great eye to help find the right one. They also were able to help me see how some less obvious choices in frame really made my art stand out.From the experience in picking a frame to the end result seeing the pieces in my house I really couldn't be more happy with the choice I made in going with them.
