Had a Spa day here and it was fantastic. Great attention to detail and great amenities. We ate poolside and when I tell you the burger is great I mean it. The club sandwich was incredible too and what can I say about the amazing service.

Excellent hotel, staff very attentive and always willing to help you, from the valet parking, reception to room service. Hotel rooms are very clean, neat and comfortable. Food at Bar Margot is very delicious and plenty. Will definitely come back and recommend it to family, friends and colleagues.

My father and I stayed here in route to my HS reunion in North GA. There was a little mishap with our room and after we alerted Asha, her and her team not only took care of it immediately but went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service. Asha upgraded our room and made us feel very special. Definitely an amazing hotel and service. Next time I'm in GA I will definitely chose this hotel as my first choice. 10/10!

Im very picky about my hotel stays. One star down from 5 * because pool area showed wear and tear. There’s only half a hot tub, disable chair apparatus blocks the entire view. Towels in the room are hard and smell like bleach. Toilet paper is the cheap paper kind. Asked for city view, ours was a vacant dirt lot. Not what I was expecting.
Having said that, service was impeccable. Our room was very clean. The bed was very cozy. They set up a birthday cake on our room unexpectedly. The restaurant I booked South City Kitchen is right around the corner. Walking around the neighborhood was nice and safe even at night. We took Marta from the airport $5 20 min ride also very safe, 2 blocks from hotel.

Noteworthy details: Service was superb. Everyone went beyond to help and accommodate a peculiar request as we were driving a large uhaul and they simply took care of it.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Atlanta, and while the property itself was beautiful, my experience was disappointing. First, the bathroom was not as clean as expected for a hotel of this caliber, which was a minor letdown. However, the real issue was an unsettling interaction with the staff. Around 1 p.m., in the middle of a meeting, a man started knocking on my door. Despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign up, he knocked harder and began yelling that we were supposed to be checked out. It was both embarrassing and disruptive, especially since our reservation clearly stated that we were staying until the following day. This kind of mix-up and the lack of professionalism was not what I anticipated from the Four Seasons.

Very bad service, on three occasions I was told that we would be called back, when we finally reached the manager we were told that the hotel services were suspended, that there would be no refund. Doesn't deserve the Four Seasons name

Had an unexpected stay at this beautiful property for one night. After having missed my connecting flight due to delays, I was stranded at ATL and decided to check out the Four Seasons Atlanta. I’m sure glad I did.
First, and foremost, I’m incredibly thankful for the overnight staff for being extremely accommodating, and showing genuine care of my situation. My airline would not release our luggage so I was without my necessities, and care products. The staff made sure that I was fully covered, and able to freshen up for the next day. They also went out of their way to provide me with medical products to treat a recent procedure I had. It was truly appreciated. Their names are Ms. Shenorah (MOD), Ms. Sherell (FDA), Mr. Deandre (bellman), and Mr. Rick (valet). They are a perfect example what make staying at the Four Seasons an incredible experience.
The rooms were very well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was impeccable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, stress free stay in Atlanta, make the Four Seasons the top choice!

I traveled with my son and our stay here was really comfy & relaxing which was exactly what I needed.
Rooms: So cozy,quiet & my level of cold. I can't complain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable floor that was rugged
Food and drinks: Though I didn't order much from the menu I must say I absolutely loved breakfast. My son had the kids dollar pancakes with apple juice & sausage and I had the waffles & fruit with mint tea & apple juice. They were each so good.
