I stay in Atl a lot. This is one of the cleanest well run hotels I have stayed in. The staff is so friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help you. The entire staff had a smile on their face. I will be making this my new place to stay in Atl. Well done staff.

Best hotel in the ATL airport area. Cheerful staff, clean hotel, great food at the bar. Ade at the bar suggested the shrimp and grits and it didn’t disappoint. I always try to get a room here.Food & drinks: Ade did a great job at the bar. The food was excellent.

However, my recent interaction with Brittany at the front desk stands out as a benchmark for exceptional service.From the moment I stepped into the hotel, Brittany greeted me with an energy and enthusiasm that was both refreshing and genuine. The service here is second to none! Ade, the (bartender) knows how to make the guest feel welcome. He is a so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & kind. He also makes a great drinks! This hotel, bar and restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It’s the perfect place to catch a sunset, or watch the planes fly overhead.Nearby activities: Lots of nearby restaurants & shopping.Food & drinks: Great food and drink selection on site.Noteworthy details: Great bartender (Ade)

I used the Sheraton for airport parking and the shuttle service was great. I got Wanda as a driver and she went above and beyond. I was having a rough day and she was so kind and brightened my whole day.

Stayed here for 1 night. Shower had several hairs remaining from previous guest. No soap, but 2 shampoo’s. Bathroom counter hadn’t been wiped. Bathroom sink faucet was held in place by a hand towel and about to fall off. Ironing board would not stand anymore. Coffee maker was missing part that holds filter and unusable. Ac very loud.Basically you’re paying for a very low end hotel but somehow is still a “Marriott’ brand.Updated: stayed here a second time because the price is still good. Much better experience this time in all aspects.

Do not stay and park your car here!!! My truck was broken into and management did not care one bit. I would give it zero stars if I could. I'll never again stay here.

This is a fine hotel for the price. Location is super close to the airport and plenty of food, stores if needed, all very close. Staff was very friendly as well.I have spent nearly 2 full months of the past year in hotels, mainly Marriotts for business travel. I gave 3 stars mainly because I felt the cleanliness of the room left a LOT to be desired. The floor of the shower was dirty and disgusting, the bathroom counters and faucets weren’t clean, and it’s clear the floors haven’t had a good cleaning in a while too. The floor in the bathroom in between vanity and the wall were filled with hairs, crumbs, wrappers and whatever else has been abandoned there; under the vanity was filthy too, and my remote was covered in gunk. The furniture was pretty banged up and the lack of lighting or outlets near the desks wasn’t ideal for eating or working.Something I couldn’t wrap my head around was that there was no bathroom trashcan. Why? I had to take used floss, used feminine hygiene products, etc, and put them in my main room garbage can. Not at all acceptable.Finally, the walls are pretty thin. I was woken up in the middle of the night to hear my nextdoor neighbors engaged in loud adult activities at 3:30am, and they were at it again at 7:30am. And I could hear *everything*. Bear in mind that you’re near the busiest airport in the world so if you can’t handle the sound of planes this hotel isn’t for you. It’s also close to a loud road. That didn’t bother me, but something to keep in mind.To my surprise, no turndown service unless you ask either.Stay was ok, not exceptional. Rated against great Marriott-owned hotels, this place is “decent.”

Leave your vehicle at your own risk even if you pay for parking. The lady that drove us to the air port told us people were breaking into vehicles. We arrived back 2 days later and 11 vehicles were broke into. We spoke with the lady at the front desk and told us we’re not responsible. We left our information and they didn’t even call us about our vehicle being broke into while our vacation.

Service from beginning to end was excellent. I have to mention of couple you young ladies whom I must say have awesome customer service and they are Camille Webb and Letoria. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton in Atlanta for making our stay a pleasant one.Food & drinks: Plenty of places to eat nearby. Airport was close as well.

Worked out great as a quick overnight en route to Nassau. Rooms were nicer than I expected. I had some packages delivered in advance that were waiting for me. Brittany at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating and helped coordinate with Victor, the shuttle driver, to make an extra trip to the airport after their typical final 11:45pm shuttle to grab out large group. And they pulled an extra shuttle the next morning to get us to the international terminal on time. Like I say, for being a 3-star hotel (per google), my expectations were beat … and the staff were top notch. Thank you!
