The customer service is 11/10 the wonderful lady at the front desk Christine was so incredibly helpful and inviting. The location is perfect for a night out in Atlanta with quick access to the belt line, mom and pop shops , and the Ponce city market it’s sure to be a great start and end of your day. I can’t recommend this place enough for a taste of the great ATL city life. For-sure will come back again in the future.

I've lived at Ford Factory Lofts for a year, and it's been an awesome experience. The location is unbeatable, right on the Beltline, which makes it super convenient for enjoying the nearby restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and piedmont park. The staff here is fantastic - always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Ford Factory Lofts enough. I lived here for 3 years and it was by far my favorite home in Atlanta. Lindsey, Christine, and all of the doormen treat you like family. The need for maintenance is rare, but if needed, problems are solved quickly. Safe, convenient, and comfortable!

I have lived in this area for approximately 25 years. I was thrilled to immerse myself into the Belt Line environment for the last year. I have always admired FFL and wanted to experience it all. Everything is hustle and bustle until you walk into the open air courtyard and feel the 'calm in the city'. Peaceful, quiet and friendly.
It is the first location that I have lived where I truly didn't need a car. Access to groceries, restaurants, shops, as well as Marta lets you park the car (in the secure parking deck). Access for bike storage on site, not to mention dry cleaning and no less than 4 eating establishments at your service.
Christine and Lindsey have been phenomenal to work with. The entire staff is there to make your home a great place to be. Access to the elevators is strictly controlled.
See what it's like to wake up on the Belt Line! My favorite part is that Piedmont Park is a 0.5 mile stroll down the belt line

I recently moved out of the Ford Factory Lofts after a fantastic year, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable, right on the beltline with easy access to everything. The lofts themselves are spacious, stylish, and full of character.
The standout feature, however, has to be the incredible staff. Lindsay, Christine, and Rick go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel at home. Their professionalism and friendliness made my time there truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities, a vibrant atmosphere, and outstanding management, the Ford Factory Lofts is the perfect choice!

WARNING! Parking services will boot your car no matter whether you are a resident or a customer!
This review is for the parking; not the apartment. The shops are great!
They will not ticket you - rather they BOOT YOUR CAR THE VERY FIRST TIME! It happened to us customer at the stores and to a resident of the apartment all within an hour even though they say 2 hour limit. The woman in the unmarked Nissan Sentra likely makes money for every car she boots; initially looks like she’s shopping security but SHE IS NOT( see PHOTOS) - don’t waste your breath talking to her; she won’t listen to reason. She just wants your $$$$! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Oh! In case you’re thinking there’s already 3 or 4 cars booted, and she won’t have enough for YOUR car SHE DOES! Note the car right next to hers also booted; 4 others booted at the same time.
