Busters!! It's 7:47 and they are saying the store is closed. Not that many people, but they are not letting anyone else in. Customer service sucks!! Mall doesn't close until 8pm!

My experience at this location is always exceptional! It's many tennis shoe stores in the metro area but this Footlocker location is always exceeding expectations in customer service and attention. Elvis and his team has set the standard for retail customer service and product availability. Per usual Elvis and the Perimeter team has delivered!

Walked into the store an asked for help associates stood around contemplating on who would help me... unfortunately no one was able to look for the shoe I guess their work gossip was more important than helping a customer!!!!

Came to this footlocker while looking for daily shoes which also may be good for hiking. I have flat feet so I was looking for something with a high arch. They didnt have many options for me but the staff was really nice and recommended I go to champs for asics. All the stores are owned by the same parent company, however, Footlocker didnt have any asics for sale.

Worst experience ever i will never be back at this location, I tried to return a shoe I purchased 4 days ago and they didn't want to return it and they were very rude every employee that came to help me represent themself as the manager after arguing back and forth they tried to kick me out of the store I toke my phone and start recording then the actual manger came to help and one of the employees tried to tell the manger not to help me her name was amber, the manger told her to step back and go wear her name tag then, then the real manger helped me return the shoe. I wish I never had to go thru this experience

Tabby at this Footlocker was our hero! My son’s hero that is ?. She went above any beyond to help us locate a pair of basketball shoes- just the right size and color. The whole staff was quick to help and very professional.

June 7My experience is a mix one. The sales person that help us was really nice. But the manager we had to deal with ??We had a coupon for 25% off we asked if we could use it in the store. She just said NO. Then walked away. No reason was given just, N0. So we told the sale person sorry. But we were not going to buy the sneakers.Even with the discount the store would have sold 3 pairs of sneakers. For $400.We just went to JD next door and show them the Footlocker discount and they match the price. So we bought the sneaker there.Sometimes I just wonder about some company when. They give a customer a discount threw email then not honor it. How they will keep customers. Because now we are JD customer.
