House of Hoops customer service is awful & uninviting... dude just stared me down to the point I didn’t want to be seen .. I didn’t even want to walk past him… but kids foot locker was a much better experience.

The staff was more concerned in talking with each other than attending to the customers. I literally stood in front of two sales associates with two shoes I wanted to try on, and they looked over at me and kept talking. The third I asked for help seemed bothered by my asking for help. You need to remind your employees what it is they get paid to do. No customer should be begging for service.

I’m at footlocker on the Saturday night it’s slam packed and cierra is phenomenal she’s working the register she’s help with the customers & fulfilling online orders all at the same time. My goodness get this a some a promotion she could run that store !! simply amazing this is the kind of customer service I miss.

Went in to purchase shoes that the Foot Locker app said this location had them. I made it to Foot Locker only to be told they didn't have them. Then I asked another guy that worked there and he went right in the back and got them. Smh..Crazy. The people working here look depressed and like they don't want to work. Hopefully Foot Locker starts paying them more maybe that will help. No worries though I won't be back

I got there 12 minutes before closing to pick up an online order and I notice a very long line. An associate named Ren who was very helpful got me to leave from there very fast. I appreciate his effort and help.

Foot Locker has the WORST customer service ever. I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta. She was super excited because they were shoes that we can't get in our area. We live in Iowa. When we got home (14 hour drive) my daughter went to put the shoes on and they gave us 2 right shoes. Annoying but we tried calling the store to get the left one sent to us and we could send the extra right one back to them. We have been calling for 10 days to get ahold of them and they do not answer their phone. I tried to exchange it at a Foot Locker in town but apparently they went out of business recently. I took them to Mall of America in MN (3.5 hours away) and they could not help me either because they don't carry the shoe. They told me to call customer service. We called customer service and they said all they could do is refund the money, but I want the other shoes that I paid for already!!!! It should not be that hard for the store to put the correct shoes in the box or answer their phone at the very least!!! I asked customer service to get a hold of the store manager but they said they aren't able to do that. What the heck?! How do you talk to your stores about issues? I guess they don't and there are no repercussions for mess ups. They just avoid by not answering their phone! Foot Locker does not take care of their customers.

Ms Daisy was extremely helpful on this busy Christmas Eve Eve day lol. She was patient even with me changing my mind so much and she stayed professional and nice. Honestly the whole staff was helpful but I asked for her name only. Thank you guys for all you do and being so helpful. Happy holidays!

The Footlocker Associates in the picture below denied me of a size 4.5 for my daughter on her birthday, after allowing 20 shoes to go out already. They vindictively took the shoe from my possession and I was denied to purchase it after they backdoored multiple EARLY RELEASE pairs right in front of all the customers instore to there people. I’m really displeased the way I was treated and the way things went during my visit to FOOTLOCKER CUMBERLAND MALL Atlanta,GA Please look into this situation @Footlocker Shoe and Associates pics below ⬇️
