My mother paid $322 for this arrangement for her grand daughter. Very disappointed, they could benefit from floral arranging classes. They just stuck the hydrangeas around the base of the arrangement instead of incorporating them. Certainly over priced for the sad arrangement.

I live in Napa and wanted to send my BFF flowers for her birthday today. I found Paradise Florals online and they did not disappoint! The floral arrangement arrived on time and exceeded expectations with regard to quality and design. Highly recommend.

Order for delivery on 2/14/23. Was never delivered. Called their number twice was promised a call back but never happened. Asked if I would get a refund for the extra delivery fee for Valentine's was told no.

This is the 2nd year I’ve used them for a bouquet for my mother on Valentine’s Day and I couldn’t be happier. They are always beautiful and they ended up running out of a vase, but Lorelai (s/p) called with options and they were great with communication and always would respond immediately if I had any other questions about delivery. We will be using them again next year for year 3♥️??? Thank you guys

They should definitely update their operating hours. I came on a Saturday morning and they aren’t open. Kinda disappointed because I’ve been looking at this place for a while since I just moved into the neighborhood and they’re the closest florist to me.

I went in paid for a cross that cost $315.00 to be delivered, so I trusted that what I paid for would be equal to the picture on website. What a let down. It was less than 20 roses when it was suppose to be full of roses. Never again. Ask to see exactly what you're getting for your money.

I selected Florist Atlanta because it was near the apartment where my daughter lives. I selected 2/25 delivery date because it is her birthdate. I called at 3:30 pm or so to verify the delivery. After waiting a very longtime for a person to answer I shared the order number. She stated she would verify the delivery and call me back. I did not receive a call back and the flower arrangement was not delivered. Horrible!

These folks are fantastic. I no longer live in Atlanta so once a year, I call them to deliver flowers to a dear friend. The results are always impressive. This year, the entire transaction took 3 minutes and 21 seconds. The conversation was positive, friendly, warm, and efficient. Hooray!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. The customer service is TERRIBLE !!! I received flowers on the 2nd. They were dying by the 6th. I called on the 6th and the shop had already closed for the day. They are no open on weekends so, I called on the following business day, which was the 9th. I was told someone would call me back. Didn't receive the call on the 10th so, I called back today, the 11th. The man who answered is a complete a******* I truly wish I could leave the recording of the call. He claims to have called me back. I told him I didnt get the call. He spoke over me concerning that ... okay whatever. Then he says he has no arrangement for sunflowers and roses on this day and had gone back to the previous week. I advised that the flowers were indeed purchased there bc, I took a photo of the flowers on arrival and the card is from their shop. He then asks a woman about the arrangement. She confirms she did and he yells at her about why there is no receipt in the system for it. He comes back and rudely asks, well what do you want us to do about it. I asked for the flowers to be replaced. He said ok bring the original flowers back. I told him no problem but, it would be tomorrow or Friday since they'd be closing soon. He says okay. That should have been the end of the conversation but, he adds: AND DONT COME IN HERE A MONTH FROM NOT TRYING TO RETURN THESE FLOWERS. YOU NEED TO CALL ME WHEN YOU FIRST SAW THE PROBLEM. So again, I told him I called after hrs on the 6th not knowing they closed at 2 then again the net business day which is the 9th. He yells at me and says I should have called on the 2nd. Sighs ... They were still alive on the 2nd. I asked for the owner bc, I didnt like his tone. He told me he was the owner. I told him if this is how he spoke to customers he should allow someone else to handle complaints. He's still yelling about how I should have called on the 2nd and I dont need to tell him how to run his business. This guy is a complete moron and now, instead of a replacement, I'll be sure that my girlfriend gets a refund instead.
