This place is outstanding! They have samples of all the major collections that they sell packed into one convenient space (although samples for some of the more popular items were depleted). The designers on staff were extremely helpful (thanks Melissa!), making this a productive and pleasant experience. Thank you Floor & Decor! Also, they will validate your parking pass!

Cia was awesome! She really helped guide us through the whole process of re-doing our main bathroom. She had great ideas and was very helpful from something as basic as the grout to all the materials we ended up selecting. We realized we were clueless and would have made several bad choices if left on our own. We can't wait to see the final results. Thanks Cia!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Miah Grant. She guided us through an initial selection - then we came back two weeks later - and she patiently and wisely led us to our final, best decision. She was very professional. The Buckhead design center has many high-end options and has most of the products from the other area stores. NO pickup at this location. Delivery options and pickup from other store locations. Great service!!

As an interior designer that specializes is kitchens and baths I generally need large quantities of stone and tiles , that’s why I love this location not only do they provide small samples of their products for me to show my clients but once my clients make a selection I simply call my rep there and they assist with finding the right store that has the quantities Ineed .. Thank you Buckhead Floor & Decor for always being so helpful

CHECK YOUR TILES BEFORE PURCHASING.Found the tiles that we needed, the employee brought us our tiles and we paid. We were under the impression that we had all of the same tiles in the same shades. We did have a larger order however, we assumed that the tiles that we purchased would’ve been checked to make sure it was correct before sold to us. We got back home and started laying down the tiles onto the mortar only to find out that the tiles were all different shades and we’re not the shades of the tile we had selected with the F & D employee. When we went to return the incorrect tiles, we were told there wasn’t anything that could be done as we had started laying down the tiles. The F&D employee took no accountability for selling us the incorrect tile and said that is basically how it is. Eventually, we worked out a solution with the management and got the correct tiles and a refund. Frustrating day to say the least and set us back in our project.

I’ve had a great experience here. Sarah was most helpful with helping me select backsplash, tile for my bathrooms and flooring. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have throughly enjoyed my experience at the Design Studio. The store is also beautiful and really gives you decorating ideas.
