I saw a Facebook post stating that Sol Catering was offering free to go meals for healthcare workers so I decided to stop by for a meal before heading to work yesterday. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, and I asked if I could pick up a meal for my sister as well who also works in the hospital. I was told yes without any hesitation, and he told me it wasn't even necessary to see my badge. I ordered one of each plate. For mine, I got the mojo pork quesadillas which comes with rice, beans, and sweet potato mash. Both meals come with chips, salsa, a drink, AND a roll of toilet paper. The quesadilla was amazing. Probably one of the best I've ever had. The pork was soft and juicy. There was plenty of cheese which I love. And it comes with an avocado sauce which was really good too, but the quesadilla already tastes amazing enough without it. I was truly amazed by how good the food was. But what amazed me more was how generous and kind he was. I was offered to take as many rolls of toilet paper as I wanted, drinks, and two free meals. I didn't have to wait long for my food, and when I asked if they'd accept tips, I was told no. I was told this was all donations. From what I saw from the Facebook post, they have been offering free food for a few days now. Such a kind and generous act during this time when businesses are struggling. I will most certainly be back, and I will bring my friends as well! Thank you Sol Catering for your amazing food and generosity.

David at Sol Catering helped us with a large taco order for my son's birthday and couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. The entire experience was great. My son is allergic to wheat and he walked me through which menu items would work and even made a different chicken dish than offered on their menu. We had 50 guests and everyone raved about the food. Brisket and carnitas were the crowd favorites and the entire gallon of guacamole was devoured within an hour. Mango, carrot and jicama salad was also wonderful. It was definitely a great value and we had plenty of left overs. I can't wait to order from here again.

We ate at the Sol Catering food truck while we were at an event in the Atlanta area. We tried their briskett and shrimp burrittos and enjoyed both of them a lot. These burritos were different in that thet were not the usual set of pick-the-ingredients kind of items. Rather, they all seemed to meld together quite well, and with melted cheese rather than cold cheese. The briskett had been cooked low and slow and then shredded and added to a New Mexican chili demi glace. It quite A lot of heat which was moderated by the cheese. The shrimp were well seasoned, moist, and slightly hot (spice-wise). What I especially liked was the size of the package. Not as big as your usual burrito. Not filliing enough? Just order two. I split mine with the wife and was plenty filled up. Definitely worth a try.

We just celebrated our first year anniversary at the beehive (a handmade boutique in Atlanta, GA) and hired Sol Catering to do our event. Dave, the guy behind this section of Taqueria del Sol, was extraordinarily easy to community with, and ensured that all of our needs were covered prior to the event. To top that, he ALSO stopped by during the event to see if we were satisfied with everything! That's service at it's very, very best. We had three Sol Catering employees working during the event, and they were astute, kind, funny and professional during their four hours at our store. We had a consistent flow of people dining (about 150), and they were congenial to all. You don't always find that in caterers, so we took note and are very appreciative, because our customers mean everything to us. The food? Well, scrumptous doesn't even BEGIN to explain how it all tasted. Can't say enough good things about the combination of flavors they provided in our wide array of dish selections. The food was consistently complimented by all during the course of the night. All in all, I rate a hefty 5 out of 5.... and we'll definitely be using them again in the future, and I recommend you do, too.

We had my wife's 50th birthday at their facility. Great food, great staff. We had about 80 guests total. I heard many times from our guests that they planned on using Sol Catering in the future. And I would too!

We have used Sol for over 3 years........probably since they were brand new. We have used them for a banquet for 100 people of mixed ages, a small family dinner and a larger gathering in our home...........multiple times for all of these events. The food is always fantastic. They are extremely easy to work with, always on time or ahead of time, and are extremely helpful in the planning of our events. We have had them on site, and we picked up our own to serve. We have never used their site but would not hesitate to do that if the occasion arose. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend them 100%!
