Had the best experience with Terry today. Out of the five other towing companies I called, First Place had the best pricing and the best customer service. On top of all that, Terry was on time and in and out of there very quickly. He delivered my car safely to the end destination and called me once it was dropped off. Terry was amazing! He was very fast and professional, I thought I would need a tow but he was knowledgeable enough to fix my shift system on the spot so I was able to drive my car to the dealer by myself. I called several towing companies in my area and none of them compared to First Place Towing! Some would say call back or text the locations for a quote but never got back to me. In the midst of my frustration with dealing with a repairman that doesn’t know how to check for every issue instead of just replacing what he think the problem is and the car breaking down again, Mr. Terry was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and understanding!
