Impossible to deal with. Unfortunately we paid upfront. After realizing we'd never be able to answer the insane amount of required info in a govt. style questionnaire; I asked for a refund and was refused. If you'd like to deal with a robo-style tax service and get absolutely zero 'human like' response, this is the place.

Alexis with First Class Accounting \u0026 Tax Services has been my bookkeeper for the past 2 years.
