Slow order processing and delivery. Ordered on 5/13 and shipped 5/26. Not expected to arrive until 6/1 which is well pass the estimated delivery date given at checkout.

Charles was very helpful. I found two shoes that were on sale for my daughters in less than 15 minutes. Never had such great customer service until now!!! I am a happy customer that will be back. Quiana was also a pleasure to speak with and assured me that failing to provide customer service from their employees will result in a write up. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience a pleasurable one!?

For today's yeezy release I feel like the store was racially biased. First it was handled terribly. At 10:30 I was told I could not wait in line or in the store... so I come back at 11 45 and see a line forming outside, and it was broken up. At this time there was a line forming at the register. I end up at the back of the line. When it comes time to get a size I was like 12-12.5. The assistant manager Paul London said that they did not have either. Then the manager skips over the white guy and girl behind me and a Asian guy. He then proceeds to give a size 12, that me and the Asian guy asked for to the African American man in the back of the line. I proceed to call customer service who offered me a credit to make things right, but this experience made me decline it and I will never shop at this store again. I hope for people shopping here in the future it is better but it seems like Paul London has no idea how to manage a store , especially when they are doing a product release. He said he was trying to make things fair, but what is fair about me following the managers directions and not getting shoes but people rushing the store and getting shoes ?

They were listed as opening at 10:00 but did not open until noon even though they saw people waiting and we told them about the mistake. I bought a pair of shoes online and before I picked them up the price went down but they would not help me with advice about what to do to get the difference in the price. They really don't care about customer service!

The young lady that worked with me was great at assisting to make my order during my visit. I wish that attendants around would have all found the motivation to assist when needed for I saw a lot of people watching before I stated what I was there for and took action to not waste time waiting for them.

The young man here is doing the best he can. He has great customer service however its 5:30 on a Saturday and there is noone else here to assist customers. Not acceptable. I did find what i was looking for at a good price.
