Alexis Flannigan is MISLEADING & RUDE to younger & beginner investors. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! she doesn’t even know what’s she’s talking about but shooting us down! completely discouraging to even work with Fidelity since they trained her to LIE to customers even when we answer all questions correctly. was not informing AT ALL & is discriminating against others that have the same request. lying on camera is super bold & just like she stated Fidelity takes liability of your seal so their careful, they should be careful who they have representing their company that is civility liable for consumers rights & instruction. you gonna be looking stupid when you get fired for lying to customers stating what your location doesn’t do for your own personal gain because you’re mad you don’t truly know what we’re doing bc you fail to educate yourself. how does your location not do the same as a location in other states? Alexis Flannigan also told me maybe i need to get a job with them to get my questions answered instead of her educating me & that’s her job? this girl is a HATER family. she also told me to go to my bank- so here you have one of your representatives promoting other brokers when there are plenty others in my family that have gotten there’s done with no issue.

I was looking for a company to manage a bond ladder for me using a portion of my portfolio. My fidelity contact Matt Lambert helped me. It went smoothly. Since then, I have moved all my money away from that company that starts with a "V". They just seem to have lost their way. Having it all at Fidelity is much easier.

Every employee at this branch is VERY polite and helpful, especially Remy, he was awesome handling my rollover! The process was seamless and stress free. Also a very clean and calm environment.

I needed help in a small issue, walked in, receptionist was friendly and helpful. In a short time Fidelity associate came out, and took care of my issue in friendly, efficient, professional manor.Parking at the site is easy.

I met with Phillip Glover a few weeks ago. He provided solid feedback on an investment change that I was considering. Additionally, he identified some assets where my returns would be improved. Lastly, (and just as important) he did not try to push me toward actively managed funds, annuities, etc. I'm a passive investor and he respected that. Highly recommend Phillip for Fido investors seeking advice

If I could give this company a negative 10 stars I would. They have been a nightmare to deal with. After losing our home and our vehicle being stolen, this company decides to place a freeze all fraud alert on all our accounts due to “suspicious activity”. We went through their identity confirmation process TWICE and they placed the hold back on preventing us from accessing any of our own money. They refused to let us speak with anyone in the fraud department- how convenient for them. Then told us we need to upload identification documents online and guess what? No online access because our accounts are restricted. What idiots! Then they graciously off us to mail in the documents. As if with everything going on in the world we have 7-10 days to wait to access ANY OF OUR OWN MONEY. Lastly, as if it pained the rep he offered us to fax it in. This has been even more of a nightmare than the home fire. When we really needed them they left us out to dry. I am closing every account and I would never use this company again. They are utterly worthless. And yes, I’m aware that it’s not the particular Atlanta location. It’s the overall trash company.

My husband and I have had accounts with Fidelity for almost 20 years and as we are nearing retirement, went online to seek out professional assessment. We chose to set up appointment with Mitchell Keller, CFP®Financial Consultant. The advice that he gave us was life changing and we are in a much better position financially at this time, and this as we navigated through COVID. Would highly recommend him and Fidelity to anyone and we will continue to use Fidelity for our own accounts and for those for the employees for our business.
