They have a change machine which are really hard to find. Anthony and Loi (tellers) are fabulous! Deborah is very helpful as well.

This branch has been my local bank since 2006 when it was Fidelity Bank. I am pleased to see that even after the merger with Ameris that the same awesome and friendly bank clerks are there. I live 15 miles away and drive here should I need to go in personally, the folks here are so helpful.Today I needed to have my card replaced after misplacing and the very friendly Sandra made a new on on the spot. It made my life so much easier not having to wait a week for a new one. Meanwhile, I am having to wait for a new card from my other bank.

I usually go to the Vinings branch, but went here due to convenience. And I must say I've NEVER had a bad experience at any Fidelity/Ameris location until now. I will never, ever set foot in this branch again. Their level of incompetence is absolutely astounding.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Withdraw your money, close all of your accounts, walk over to any other bank in the area and open a new account. This bank has stolen so much hard earned money from me through fees that it is heart breaking. They do not care about their customers.... only about stealing their money.

The manager (Zach) is horrible. He has promised to call be back for 2 days about a check that has a hold but now won't even take my calls...this guy just doesn't care at all about his customers.
