I have been a customer for over four years and have had only good experiences. When I had a problem Wafiyah took care of me, resolve my issue, and went over and beyond my expectation! Leigha at the Piedmont branch has been outstanding! The care and follow up have been unmatched and is quite uncommon in this day when there seems to be little attention paid to banking customers. As a business owner, heed my advice, work with Ameris Bank.

I've been banking with Ameris Bank off Ponce de Leon for many years and they never disappoint. My personal checking was recently compromised and Wafiyah did an excellent job getting me back on my feet. I had my taxes due in a few days and she moved swiftly and efficiently to ensure the drafts would go through without any problems. The team as a whole is always great to deal with and they always make you feel like family. Definitely the best bank I've every dealt with.

My overall experience with Ameris Bank was awesome! I got everything I came in for and more. I enjoyed the customer service, I received at the Ponce de Leon location. Ms.Wafiyah and Mr.Jose. They were so helpful and polite, they were patient with me took me through the application process in order to open up an account and explain all of my choices and options.They were great! ?

We have opened multiple business accounts with Ameris Bank and specifically with Gerald Thompson and his team at the Ponce branch. They go above and beyond on customer service! If you are tired of being mistreated and ignored by the national banks who are constantly changing policies and personnel, I highly recommend giving Ameris a try.
