Credit card machine wasn’t working; spots left on car post-cleaning. Quoted 30 minute wait-time, was here for an hour and ten minutes. Disappointed to flip back the seat to see that portions of the interior hadn’t been vacuumed.

1) Told me it would take an hour, it’s was almost three2) Didn’t wax the roof of the car and then argued with me about whether or not it was done, finally did it after I complained3) windows were dirty on the inside after cleaning4) Unhooked my baby seat base to clean and left it sitting there as if it was secured.Driving immediately after my baby went flying across the car.Absolutely awful and very dangerous.

Save your money and go to a drive through car wash. The manager is dismissive and rude. The cleaning job was less than spectacular. They didn't vacuum the trunk. Waaayyy overpriced for the actual job performed. They damaged my passenger front seat and when I pointed it out the Managers response was "Oh I don't know." Ohnow you don't speak english?

I came to this establishment for the second time. My floor mats became mysteriously missing. The gentleman spoke and understood English. When I asked him to speak to a manager he then no longer spoke the language. I will never use this business again. A police report was filed for lost property.Services: Auto detailing

I came to this establishment for the second time 2355 Marietta Blvd. My floor mats became mysteriously missing. The gentleman spoke and understood English. When I asked him to speak to a manager he then no longer spoke the language. I will never use this business again. A police report was filed for lost property. In the meantime my weather guard mats designed for my VW JETTA are gone. The Fey Mendez the owner acknowledged my statement but offered no resolution to the problem. This says a lot about your business.

Place stole my $35 phone cable. Decided not to go through the hassle of trying to retrieve retrieve it because of the language barrier and all.. Car wash experience was decent did not fully remove the dirt from my car nor do they completely dry it.

I have to post a review, because that is how fantastic this detail was. I’ve been a smoker for a long time, and I’m quitting today. Step one was to get a really good detail done on my car to stop smoking in it. I paid $175 for the extra detail with shampooing the seats, full interior (and exterior) clean. Honestly, you would never know that anyone ever smoked in that SUV. I think the car looks cleaner than it did when I bought it from the dealership. These guys did an amazing job, AND quickly. I will be a lifetime customer from here on out. Thank you so much!
